Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegitation and inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal ofrubbish lead up to 50 metres and lift up to 1.5 metres

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4M.Sand: 8granite chips) foundation and plinth. Stone aggregate 40mm nomonal size (LE)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2M.Sand: 4granite chips 20 mm nomoinal size) foundation and plinth. (LE)

Cement concrete block (machine moulded) masonry in Foundation and plinth in CM 1:6 with blocks of size 40cmx20cmx15cm. (LE)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement: 5M.Sand: 10granitechips) foundation and plinth. Stone aggregate 40mm nomonal size (LE)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement, 2meta lsand, 4granite chips) finished with floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc…complete (LE)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc layers not exceeding 20cm plinth, sidesof foundations etc layers not exceeding 20cm and watering lead up to 50 mtr and lift up to 1.5 metres

15mm cement plaster 1:6 (1cement :6metal sand) on rough side of single or half brick wall (LE)

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes- (Post 4mm thick, Bracing 2mm thick)

Steel work welded in built up section/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixingin position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. Ingrating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufactures specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete on steel works.

Providing Aluminium sheet roofing fixed with galvnized iron Jor L hooks and 8mm dia C.I plain bitumen washers complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses corrugated sheet 0.56mm thick.

Providing ridges or hips in aluminium sheet roofing with G.I/J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI plain washers complete 0.56mm thick.
