CATHODIC PROTECTION
CP system for Tank bottom plate
Survey, Design, Detail Engineering, Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, etc of the cathodic protection system of the Tank bottom plate. All work shall be carried out conforming to the scope of work, design basis, data sheets, specifications, standards, drawings, etc as per the provisions of GCC, SCC and specification no: B957-500-06-45-CSP-6010.

Any other (Commissioning etc.) spares as mentioned in tender specifications shall be also be included in Contractor's scope. STRUCTURAL/ PLATE WORK : Supply, fabrication, erection, inspection and testing of steel structure for cone roof/ dome roof supporting structure including curb angle, spiral stairway, cage ladder, handrail, top and intermediate platform, grating for stairway steps and platform, rolling ladder including track for floating roof, anchor chairs, name plates, earthing connections, ladder rungs for ladders in covered roof tanks, wind girder fabricated from rolled section, wind girder bracings/ support, external structural supports, supports for shell extension for foam nozzles in case of floating roof tanks, stiffeners for shell extension plate of stairway, ventilation slots and over flow slots for covered floating roof tank including SS wire mesh, preparation of drawings, getting the same reviewed/ approved by owner/ EIL, arrangement of all materials, consumables, labour, equipment/ machinery, tools and tackles required to complete the work as per drawings, specifications, standards, codes, scope of work, scope of supply and instructions of Engineer- in-Charge. STILL WELLS/ DIP PIPES : Supply, fabrication, erection, inspection and testing of still well for gauge hatch, still well for level transmitter/ level switches, still well for temperature element including flanges on all still wells, dip pipes (process / instrumentation), pipe fittings, drilling of holes in still well/ dip pipes, arrangement of all materials, consumables, labour to complete the work as per drawings, specifications, standards, codes, scope of work, scope of supply and instructions of Engineer- in-Charge. All materials to be supplied by Contractor.

APPURTENANCES
Supply, fabrication, installation, welding, radiography, heat treatment, inspection and testing as required for the following nozzles (reinforcing pads covered under plate work) pipe, nozzle flanges and blind / companion/matching flanges (including davit/ hinge assembly for Man way) wherever shown on drawings and standards along with gaskets and boltings including supply of mandatory spares, conducting air pressure test for reinforcing pads, preparation of drawings, getting the same reviewed by Owner/EIL, arrangement of all materials, consumables, labour to complete the work as per drawings, specifications , standards, codes, scope of work, scope of supply and instructions of Engineer-in- Charge. All internal bolting shall be SS 304 as a minimum and contractor shall include the same in his scope of supply and shall be included in nozzle assembly quoted price. ROOF DRAIN
Articulated Steel pipe with Pivot joint (Swivel type joint is not acceptable): Design, sizing, supply, fabrication and erection of primary roof drain (designed and packed for external pressure) and brass non-return valve with shell nozzle for roof drain, including complete roof drain extension piping along with support and foundation for roof drain extension, etc. No accumulation of water is permitted on roof. The drain shall be so designed that entire rain water is immediately drained out. Preparation of drawings, submission of design calculations and drawings and getting the same reviewed by Owner/EIL and testing of roof drain system including providing performance guarantee and completing the work in all respects as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge for the following floating roof tanks. All materials shall be supplied by Contractor. Refer BPCL Specification AES-3717.

DESIGN, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF SWING NOZZLE
Design, supply, fabrication and Installation of Swing Nozzle for removing the hydrocarbons from contaminated solvent. The swing line nozzle shall be provided with: internal pipe, swing joint, winch, cable collar clamp, gas-tight cable shall have bracket and swing line level indicator. Nozzle joint shall have internal pipe with down-turned ell. It is to provide a hole drilled in top of ell for siphon breaker. Preparation of drawings, submission of design calculations and drawings and getting the same reviewed by Owner/EIL and completing the work in all respects as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge for the following floating roof tanks. All materials shall be supplied by Contractor.
FLOATING ROOF SEALS
VAPOR MOUNTED PRIMARY FOAM SEAL ( FOR INTERNAL FLOATING ROOF) WITH SECONDARY SEAL : Design, supply of all materials, installation of seal along with all fixtures, inspection and testing of seal materials and sealing device, namely, foam seal (poly- urethane) with casing. Supply of all materials, consumables and labour, including electrical SS shunts as per NFPA requirement, providing vapour mounted foam seal. In addition design, supply, installation of secondary seal of approved make along with all fixtures including inspection and testing of seal materials. The secondary seal shall have synthetic Rubber Wiper seal, vapour barrier membrane, galvanised compression plate, hardware requirements along with electrical shunts. Contractor to note vapour barrier membrane shall be polyurethane coating on nylon fabric (1.0mm thick)/viton coating on nylon fabric. Seal shall be procured from vendor as per vendor list attched with tender. Preparation of all drawings, getting the same reviewed by Owner/EIL, furnishing performance guarantee and to complete the work in all respect as per drawings, specifications, standards, codes and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The price shall be for complete seal along with accessories. The tanks for which seal and its accessories are required is given below. The casing material shall be as per below:

APPLICATION OF HOT INSULATION Supply of all materials, application of hot insulation as per applicable on outside surface of tank shell, roof, nozzles, manholes, appurtenances, attachments etc., including supply of all materials and installation of all insulation supports as per applicable standard and completing the work in all respect as per drawings, specifications, standards and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. Surface preparation and primer application on insulated surfaces is covered under painting Schedule of rate. All materials shall be supplied by Contractor.

MIXER
SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF JET MIXER ASSEMBLY
Contractor to supply and install the jet mixer assembly (RF pad, nozzle neck, internal flanges, bolts, nuts gaskets etc. and any other components required to conduct testing of jet mixer to be included in scope of supply) as per the tank jet mixer Process Data Sheet & Mechanical Data Sheet. Contractor scope includes the complete Residual Engineering of Jet Mixers including detailing of nozzle, nozzle installation etc. in accordance to Process Data Sheets and relevant notes of Mechanical Data Sheet. All necessary Drawing / Design Calculations shall be provided furnished and provided by Contractor for EIL review.
HEATING COIL
HEATING COIL (STEAM TRACING etc.) / COOLING COIL For heating/ cooling coils inside the tank, external tracing coils on tank's shell/ roof: Supply of all materials (i.e. coil pipes, inlet and outlet nozzles (necks & flanges) on tank shell as well for tracing pipes, supports/ welded clips/ all SS 304 clamps / bolting material etc.), fabrication of coil as per drawings, installation of the same in position along with all associated items (supports/ clamps/ clips/ nozzles/ duly bolted, including radiography of all weld joints and hydrotesting of coil as per specifications, preparation of layout arrangement & fabrication drawings and getting the same approved by Owner/ EIL as per standards, specifications, instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Supporting structures/ welded clips are covered under Structural/ Plate work).

Getting IBR Clearance at Grade at Site before and / or after fabrication, assembly, erection of any static equipment and its internals (i.e. Steam Coils) etc. under IBR service. DESIGN & ANALYSIS OF ROOF STRUCTURE: Design and analysis of Cone / Dome roof along with internal/ external roof structure as per the drawings, specifications, codes & standards attached with the tender.
STRESS RELIEVING OF TANK ON FOUNDATION Stress Relieving of Tank on foundation (i. e. in-situ PWHT - Refer Mechanical Datasheet), arranging consumables, skilled/semi-skilled labour, equipment, machinery, tools and tackles, supervision, furnishing of all related documents & charts for review and completing the work in all respect as per applicable drawings, specifications, standards attached elsewhere in the tender document and instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Notes: Adequate precaution shall be taken during PWHT of tank to avoid any distortion etc. Complete stress relieving procedure along with stiffening arrangements etc. shall be furnished to EIL before proceeding with the same.

Slot Dipping Device: Supply & installation of "Slot Dipping Device" for the tankages mentioned in the data sheets/ drawings/ specifications as per the Specifications & Standards attached with the tender. External Surfaces (except underside of bottom plate): Surface preparation to SSPC-SP-10, application of primer and paint on all external surfaces of tanks including insulated tanks i.e. external shell, wind girders, appurtenances, roof tops including top side of floating roof of open tanks as well as covered floating roof tanks, external roof supporting structure, associated structural steel works, ladders, walkways, platforms, handrails, spiral stairway, rolling ladder and track, internal surface of shell above maximum liquid level exposed to atmosphere for open top or floating roof tanks as per painting system defined below and other requirements as specified in respective Engg. data sheets, stencilling tank no., capacity, name of stored product, painting Emblem as per the attached sample, including supply of metallic and non-metallic materials, primer and paint of approved quality, providing scaffolding, labour, equipment, consumables, etc. to complete the work in all respect as per applicable standard specifications, standards attached elsewhere in the tender document and instructions of Engineer- in-Charge. All materials shall be supplied by Contractor.
