CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP FD-220 Repair to charpoy IP Hard Top by replacing the following complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed:- 1980mm x 910mm x 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR ISI Mark will be fix over the flat iron with nut bolts and washers complete.

Square tube 16 gauge thick of size as indicated for different member shall be used

All steel surfaces shall be given two coats of synthetic enamel paint .Olive green paint with red oxide primer .painting shall be done with spray gun

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NIWAR W/O FMN SET FD-220 Repair to charpoy GI pipe 32 mm dia by replacing the following complete all as specified and shown on drg and directed:- M&L reweaving of charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia with 50mm to 55mm wide 4 ply nylon Newar white /light colour weighting not less than 1.80 kg per charpoy

CHAIR CBA STEEL FD-75 Repair to chair CBA steel with arms by replacing the folowing complete all as specfied shown on Drg & directed:- M & L for Welding in repairs not exc 2.5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but not exc 9mm including preparing the surface & smoothening the welded portion for chair CB office steel frame as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Each point of welding is measured as one unit

Removing unserviceable cane from wooden seat frame & providing 1.8 mm wide plastic cane in centre of required shade as per Godrej pattern & 3mm wide in border including touch up to woden surfaces with synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement wooden seat frame duly french polished in reqd shade/size to chair tubular steel with arms, the frame of seats shall be made of second class hard wood duly canned with 1.8mm wide plastic cane of required shade as per Godrej pattern & 3mm wide in border, providing 4 No Flat Iron of size 25 x 5mm & 50mm long duly welded , derusting/rubbing old steel surfaces with sand paper & painting the steel frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable broken armrest & providing new second class HW handrest with suitable screws/bolts and nuts duly black polished all as specified and shown on drg.

Preparation of Chair frame and painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality/ shade after applying one coat of primer on steel surfaces whereever necessary and smoothening of surfaces where ever required by sand papering including providing 4 Nos. of PVC shoe at bottom and 2 Nos. PVC caps in each Chair complete all as specified and directed.

SOFA SET SINGLE SEATER (SINGLE PIECE) (FD-258) :- The following unserviceable components of Sofa Set single seater removing and supply & fixing new components of Sofa Set single seater Seater using Ist class teak wood M&L for French polishing to old and new surfaces of Sofa Set Single Seat to match with the existing complete as directed.

SOFA SET 3 SEATER (SINGLE PIECE) (FD-281):- The following unserviceable components of Sofa Set 3 seater removing and supply & fixing new components of Sofa Set 3 seater Seater using Ist class teak wood M&L for French polishing to old and new surfaces of Sofa Set Three Seater (Single Seat) to match with the existing complete as directed.

Removing old unserviceable foam cushion of size 560 x 530 x 100mm and supply and fixing new 100mm thick synthetic cushion of existing size of 32 density cool foam for seat and back duly covered with tapestry cloth colour and texture shall be as approved by the GE and shall be used for cover of cushion as specified and shall be of removable type by providing plastic Zip over Tapestry cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note: Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/- per meter of standard width. Make of Foam cushion: Sleep well/Kurlon or equivalent.

Removing unserviceable tapestry cloth from foam cushion of size 560 x 530 x 100mm and covering the same foam cushion with new tapestry cloth of approved colour (followed by stiching with white linen) colour and texture shall be as approved by the GE and shall be used for cover of cushion as specified and shall be of removable type by providing plastic Zip over Tapestry cloth complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 200/- per meter of standard width.

Rapair of Locker bed side :- Removing old unserviceable components and providing following new components of size and shape as shown in drg including all repairs etc as specified and directed by EIC. All unserviceable retrieved materials shall be property of contractor as per schedule of credit. Supply and fix door shutter made out of 1st Class teak wood

Repair Chair revolving /Executive Chair/computer Chair:- Removing of following unserviceable components and providing new components including all repairs etc as specified and directed by EIC. FD 7042R/75M Supply and fix cushions of seat, back and arms covered with tapastry cloth best quality cost not less than Rs 200/- per metre
