M&L for complete servicing of HOT Crane upto 1 Ton capacity including greasing of chain pully and all movable parts, checking of mechanical fualt with rectification of same and minor repair of defects such as tightening/replacement of nuts & bolts, checking of lifting hook, hand chain/load chain, steel rope and replacement of unserviceable componants/parts complete all as directed.

Note:- (a) Spare parts shall be measured and paid under respective items schedule here in after as supply only. '(b) All T&P including ladders etc shall be contractor's responsibility and rates are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) Minor items viz. tape, thimble, screws, nuts, bolts , washers and cable for jumpers etc shall be arranged by the contractor and deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only brake disc washer for for HOT crane upto 1.0 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only upper & lower hook filling of 1 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hand chain as per existing for 1 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only load chain wheel for 1 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only load chain as per existing for 1 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rachet gear and rachet pawl for 1 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete servicing of EOT Crane 2 to 5 Ton capacity including greasing of chain pully, rope drum and all movable parts, checking of electrical and mechanical fault and rectification of same and minor repair of defects such as tightening/replacement of nuts & bolts, checking of lifting hook, steel rope, checking and repalcement of step down transformer, relays, contactors, push buttons, digital varispeed drive, copper cable and toping up/refilling of gear oil and replacement of unserviceable componants/parts complete all as directed.

Supply only brake lining with rivets suitable for 2 Ton to 5 Ton EOT Crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only NO/NC push button for crain function complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC insulated copper cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only bearing SKF No. 6205 or equivalent in any of make mentioned in list of make for electric motor

Supply only control step down transformer of 415 volt / 110 Volt 300 VA including removal from site for EOT crane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only overload protector relay for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed Make : Siemens or equivalent in any of make mentioned in list of make.

Supply only power contactor of capacity 415 V, range 16 Amp to 25 A for EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only CT/LT relay for EOT crane capacity 2 to 5 Ton complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hydraulic/ gear oil for EOT crane all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Digital Varispeed G7 Drive Cat No CIMR-G7U42P2 suitable for CT/LT function, rope up and down function complete Make : Yaskawa or equivalent in Siemens/ ABB/ Schneider.

M&L for replacement of stranded steel wire rope 10mm dia suitable for 2 to 5 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F limit switch Make : Siemens or equivalent in any of make mentioned in list of make

M&L for complete painting to HOT/EOT crane including scrapping down old rusted paint after filling the cavities with fillers and making smooth surface by applying sand paper and then painting with one coat of primer. Two coat of yellow colour synthetic enemelled paint and re-writing of SM No on the front side of the plant as per MES specification all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - All T&P required for painting the cranes shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for re-winding of electric motor of capacity 1 HP, 3 phase, 415 Volts with super enameled copper conductor wire as per existing guage and wieght varnishing drying etc incl carefully disconnecting the motor, transporting to workshop and back to site of installation after rewinding including necessary testing complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but of capacity 3 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts.

Supply and fixing gasket for gear box/hoist for following capacity EOT crane :-

M&L for rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for ladders, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and necessary welding and fabrication work etc, size of angle iron 75x75x8 mm incl taking down old all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spiralling for hooping for columns and including necessary welding work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, fixing on wall & testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, LT electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, earthed grade 16 sqmm 4 core incl taking down old unsv cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying,and fixing on wall, hanging on crane hanger & testing FR PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 10 sqmm 4 core round sheathed, 1100 volts grade incl taking down old unsv cable all as specified and directed.

S&F on wall surface/semi recessed sheet metal enclosure for MCCB 63/100 Amp, 415 V, 50 Hz AC duly painted with powder coated paint all as directed.

Supplying,and fixing on wall, hanging on crane hanger & testing PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts, conforming to IS: 694 size 1.5 sqmm 12 core round sheathed, incl taking down old unsv cable all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amp, 16 KA, suitable for 415V, 50 Hz, AC Supply complete including taking down old MCCB all as directed.

S&F in replacement 8 Way push button pendant with eight station enclosure box and actuators including hanging provision all as directed.

Supply installation, testing & commisssioning of LT control panel indoor type totally enclosed dust & vermin proof, cubical type, compartmetalized single door both side openable, prewired, floor mounted type, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet mounted on MS angle iron frame 40mmX40mmX6mm frame welded/bolted to the bottom complete with 02 Nos cable allay, busbar chamber and grouted on floor including necessary PCC work, duly painted with powder coated paint over a coat of zinc crome red oxide primer and cable connection including necessary thimbles, suitable opening surrounded by gland packing for outgoing and incoming cables and comprising of the following accessories :-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB 200 Amps, 415V, 4 Pole, 25 KA - 01 No (b) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts - 01 No. (c) Digital Ammeter 0-400 Amps with CTs - 01 No. (d) R-Y-B phase indicator LED lamp - 03 Nos. (e) Insulated aluminium busbar of rating 400 Amps - 04 Nos.

OUTGOING (a) MCCB 100 Amps, 415V, 4 Pole, 25 KA - 01 Nos. (b) MCCB 63 Amps, 415V, 4 Pole, 10 KA - 05 Nos (c) MCB SPN 32 Amps, 240V, 10 KA - 02 Nos

M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm size burried directly in ground to depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded with char coal and common salt filling in alternative layers of 15cm thick and connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts/bolts and washers etc made out of galvanized iron including 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth wire from earth to distribution board 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to funnel heavy wire mesh as watering pipe including necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:2:4) type B1 for concrete pit 10mm thick PCC slab cover frame all as specified and shown in electric plate Nos 3/ SSR Pt-I and testing on completion complete.

Note:- (i)Spare parts suitable for existing crane will only be used to make the crane fully functional. (ii) The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
