Taking down ceiling fan of any size/sweep after disconnection the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after cleaning dust, oiling greasing etc including provinding flexible three core wire of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose to connector of fan all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling and taking down old unsv meter box any type any size and making good with disturbed surface filling of bricks works and cement plaster including of two coat of cement base paint and replacement with new electric meter box with three phase four wire tamperproof digital electric meter 10-60 amps fixed therein ,made out of two mm thick CRCA MS sheet with transparent door for meter reading all as all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No 3, SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose inlcuding funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanised tubing 50 mm light grade with all fittings laid in trenches all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25.0 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting and making a hole into or through cement concrete or stone masonary wall of thickness upto 45 Cm and in grith n.exc. 45 cm for fixing exhaust fan of size 200 mm sweep and providing fastners grouted in wall four nos inide for fixing of Exhaust fan and four nos outside for louvers and redressing the surface and making good with cement plaster 1:4 to match with existing surface incl lime white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
