Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing approved painting based design depicting local tradition/culture/flavour (Design should be submitted by executing agency for approval) on surface of boundary wall or view cutter as per requirement using smooth water based acrylic exterior wall finish paint over plastered painted brick boundary wall and oil based enamal paint on polyster top coat of metal profile sheet, complete including using manpower, all scaffolding, materials, brushes etc. (theme, materials, etc should be approved by EIC or as provided in the tender document etc.), completed in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
