Re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitable after supplementing base materials with sand & compacting finished surface as per Technical Specification & as per Clause - 601.8.3.2 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (Latest Revision)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(with Mechanical means)

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 and 1104 of MoRD includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead & lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with excavated suitable material upto 3mt. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with tractor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works and as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providin, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to acieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision)

Providing and applying primer coat (low porosity) with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providin & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concret with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment, roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Fillling in foundation trenches with sand including watering, ramming and cost, carriage, royalty, all labour T & P etc. complete and as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation

Providing & laying of fiter media with stone crushed aggregates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600mm withg smaller size towards the soil & bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Techinical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia AC pipes extending through full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing & Technical Specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Road Furnitures

Providing and fixing of Informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
