M&L for opening of sand media filter gate of STPs of size 1.2 meter dia 1.5 meter height after closing all inlet and outlet valves and removing old dirty sand media with old nut & bolt/gasket/washer from filter chamber and cleaning complete chamber, drying, preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun and filling of new sand media as per standard procedure, fixing new old nut & bolt/gasket/washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Filter media required shall be measured and paid as "Supply only"

Supply only granular fine pebbles of size 40mm to 3mm match to existing size and shape suitable for filter media of rapid sand water filters free from all types of salts, alkaline materials, minerals, silts, impurities etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only quartz/silica, sand all as per existing suitable for dual filter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling, transportation, servicing , refixing and testing of air compressor of capacity 60 HP (Air Blower ) at STP, Make : KAY through qualified service engineer/OEM including removal of old oil & filling of new oil upto required level in sump, replacement of gasket, bearings etc incl replacement of the old unsv filter assembly with the new filter assembly, minimising the vibration of the blower, rectifying the air leakages if any persists in the system by rectifying the defects, making the allignment of the blower assembly with the motor alongwith V belt for allignement between bower and motor pulleys all as specified and directed. Note: a) The oil for blower is to be measured as and paid seperately. b) All the minor parts required for the reapir to blower assebly, filter assy, pulleys and allignment between the blower and motor is incl in the above quoted rate.

Taking down old unserviceable pressure gauges and supply and fix pressure guages suitable for 200 mm dia sewage pipe, pressure having static pressure 40kg/sqcm, range 0-10 kg/sqcm, class 1% , made out of SS 316 type material with syphons and components/fittings including testing at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable pressure gauges and supply and fix pressure guages suitable for 100 mm or 150 mm dia sewage pipe, pressure having static pressure 40kg/sqcm, range 0-10 kg/sqcm, class 1% , made out of SS 316 type material with syphons and components/fittings including testing at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable pressure gauges and supply and fix pressure guages suitable for 80 mm dia Sewage pipe, pressure having range 0-2.5 kg/sqcm, class 1% made out of SS 316 type material with syphons and components/fittings including testing at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out the electric motor of capacity 1HP to 3 HP of mono block pumping set /centrifugal pumps/Air compressor of any make at STP, strip opening the motor, cutting/removing the existing burnt winding and rewinding using super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding with same no of turns, including replacing sleeves, cotton taps etc, varnishing the winding by keeping in hot oven for drying to attain required insulation resistance & replacing ball bearing, re-assembling the motor and refixing the same in original position, testing the motor for min of 08 Hrs continuous running including testing of the winding resistance etc complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for surface cleaning of all the below mentioned items and scrapping the old paint from the surface and one coat of red oxide / primer after cleaning including preparation of old steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on machineries/equipments/filters/motors /pumps /compressors/ladders/walkovers/ pipelines/ cable trays, panels and any other parts connected to STP-1/ SLPH-1 & 2 with paint of approved colour using spray gun complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, at STP/SLPH complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of old unsv synthetic Rubber insulated mats 3 mm thick for voltage upto 3300 volt for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair rubber star coupling suitable for male female lovejoy coupling of centrifugal/monoblock pump set of capactiy 3 HP to 50 HP as per site required at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing unsv and supply, fixing and testing in replacement new electromagnetic flow meter as per model 151 MFM WR4200NO1502D1161428P having sensor size 150 MM having sensor size 150 MM, accuracy class & display + 0.5% of measured flow with rated pressure 10 Kg/Sqcm, sensor factor 1.1930, electrode made out of SS 316 materials, including the nuts, bolts, indicater convertor : remote, field mounted, stabilizer, cable, sensor, sensor lining etc and refixing the same in original position for STP-1, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for taking out the sewage submersible pump of 150 HP of capacity of any make from SLPH-1 at arga including cutting/removing the existing burnt winding and rewinding the same using super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge to match with the existing winding including replacing sleeves, cotton taps etc, varnishing the winding by keeping in hot oven for drying to attain required resistance & replacing ball bearing, re-assembling the motor and refixing the same in original position, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old existing DI pipes and Supply, laying DI pipes Class “K-9'' heavy grade, flanged end with all fittings and joints laid in floors/ trench or fixed to walls and ceilings etc. in sewage treatment plant/ sump of size 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing cast iron love joy coupling (male-female) as per existing model from equilization tank pump motor unit 7.5HP or 12.5 HP by changing of motor position, including gas cutting welding, refitting and aligning of the same at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and fixing cast iron love joy coupling (male-female) as per existing model for pump motor( back feeding pump) unit of 50 HP by changing of motor position, including gas cutting welding, refitting and aligning of the same at STP complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Disconnecting and taking out of Submersible raw sewage Lift pump 30 HP, from SLPH-1, vertical type for general overhauling / inspection of impeller, shaft all bearings and sleeves, and re-installation of Pump after replacing all sleaves, bearings,seals and with SS nut bolts, metalising the shafts and re threading bottom plate by lathe work including body repairs, welding works and complete testing all as specified and as directed. (a) 2.5 Sqmm and 3/4 core as per site required.

(b) 10 Sqmm and 4 core

Taking out old damage parts and supply and fix Bends, Tapers, Tee pieces, (single & double branch) any, type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged suitable for upto 300 mm DI pipes including nuts/bolts, gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and using calcium hypchlorite (stable bleaching powder/high strength bleaching powder) appearance should be dry, free flowing and free from lumps, should not include substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS 105000(2012) in treated and disinfected water, available chlorine should be 65% stability loss of chloride on basis of available chloride max 1/15 particle size (passing throung 1.70 mm IS sleeve min 99.5% water insoluble matter 6%, calcium hydroxide maz 4%, sodium chloride max 15% in 20-45 Kg plastic drum packing for STPs, complete all as specifiied and directed by Engr in charge. Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 100 Amp/160 Amps as per site required with breaking capacity 36 KA including commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, Adjustable type, 400 Amps, with breaking capacity 36 KA including commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 630 Amps, Cat A, with breaking capacity 36 KA including commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old damge and Supply and fixing in replacement clarifier tank MS impeller/ hollow shaft of made out of MS pipe of size 300 to 450mm as suitable at site including replacement of the centre bearing assembly, scraper arm with adjustable holding bracket, scraper blade with neoprene rubber squeeze, tie rod 20 mm dia, sludge well scraper, bottom guide bush including provision of under water fastener SS 304 and painting complete clarifier assembly above water using epoxy paint and and water assembly using coaltar epoxy paint complete all fabrication work as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 40 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 X 30 X 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009. Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT underground XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of cross-sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, conforming to IS laid in trenches /wall /floors/ducts etc fixed with saddle and clamps or passing through pipes complete with cable and connection with proper thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 85.00 herein before, but 240 Sqmm and 3.5 core Complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying/taking out cable and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unsv/damage HDPE Pipe lines of any dia layed on walls/ floor/ Ceiling and laying in Trenches including all joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs HDPE Pipes, Pressure rating 10kg/cm2 having dia of 150 mm as per site requirement including all joints, bends, elbows, Y/T connection, flanges, SS clamps, hanger bolts, reducers for effluent water pumping pipe lines layed on walls/ floor/ Ceiling and laying in trenches in sand or hard PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Opening of sand media filter gate of ETP of size 1.2 meter dia 1.5 meter height after closing all inlet and outlet valves and removing old dirty sand media with old nut & bolt/gasket/washer from filter chamber and cleaning complete chamber, drying, preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint using spray gun and filling of new sand media as per standard procedure, fixing new old nut & bolt/gasket/washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Filter media required shall be measured and paid as "Supply only".

M&L for cleaning of primary settling tank at ETP-1, by pumping out raw sewage, removing the sludge settled at the bottom, cleaning thoroughly with wire brush, finally cleaning with dilute solution of sodium hypochlorite & fresh water additives of required level applying one coat of bituminous paint including writing letters on the tank with synthetic enamel paint as "TANK CLEANED ON ------(DATE) AND DUE ON ---DATE with 10cm high stencil cut English letter complete all as specified and directed.

Note: a) The above rated include the replacement of the impellers, seals, sleeves, nuts and bolts incl all the welding work required for the repair of the above pump.

M&L for Overhauling of Gear box and Motor assembly for clarifier tank at ETP-I (capacity of 315MLD) complete with tightening and aligning of chain assembly, reconditioning of socket, replacement of bearings, coupling joints and painting of the unit with two coats of epoxy black paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer paint complete all as directed.

M&L for replacement of Oleophilic polymer belt of length 4-6 meter(endless) & 300 mm width as per site required suitable for oil skimmer assembly suitable for ETPs of capacity of 315 MLD and 40 MLD complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of old unsv synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and use of Dewatering Polyelectrolyte (DWPE) powder for treatment of effluent at ETP all as per report and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Multicourse Round PVC insulated and FR PVC Round Sheathed, Copper Conductor (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volt, conforming to IS 694 motors to panel inside ETP including excavation of hard brick layer and making necessary clamping , including provision for new lugs all as specified and directed of following sizes :-

(a) 2.50 SQ. mm, 3/4 core as per site required.

(b) 6.00 SQ. mm, 3/4 core as per site required.

(c) 10.00 SQ. mm, 3/4 core as per site required.

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable and Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase, 415 volts star/delta or DOL as per site required, motor control panel outdoor type in replacement factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and mounted on wall surface, IP-54 having locking arrangements, totally enclosed weather proof, powder coated over a coat of primer comprising of inbuilt by - pass contactor, transformer of suitable capacity, adjustable current limit, essential motor protection against overload single phasing, phase sequence reversal, abnormality in supply, unbalanced current, comprising of the following accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge : (i)TP MCB, 240/ 415 Volt, C 6 Amps - 04 Nos (ii) ON/OFF/Trip Indicator Lamp, 3PLBRL 240 type -08 Nos (iii) SOFT START/STOP Push button - 08 Nos (iv) DP MCB, 240/ 415 Volt, C 6 type with SP MCB 240/415, B20 - 01 Set (v) Selzer switches, AC15440v-1A- 04 Nos (vi) Complete wiring with suitable size copper cable, thimble etc.

Dismatling and taking out old unserviceable steel structures and M & L for Steel structural fabrication works fabricated structural steel sections, MS Pipe Line including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts or making I beam as cross beam support for pumset and outlet pipe in any shape or size including one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of anti corrosive primer coat complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv and supply and fix in repair wather proof push button metal enclouser sheet with emergency stop and start push button, IP 65 as per IS 13947 fixing as per existing suitable for 1HP to 10HP pumps and motorgear assembly at ETPs including connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing of LT panel of capacity upto 1000 Amps suitable for AC supply by strip opening the doors of the panel and carrying out the cleaning of the panels with CRC spray and tightening the loose connections of the panel including repalcement of the cable glands wherever required, replacement of the old teared/ unsv insulation from the bus bar,checking the IR value before fixing the LT sleeve and refixing the heat shrinkable insulating tape sleeve suitable for 1.1 kv busbar not less than 3mm thick having dielectric strength not less than 1.1kv/mm and LT insulation tape for CT/ PT connection complete and checking the IR value before testing and commissioning the bus bar all as specified, rectifying the internal wiring of the panel alongwith control wiring between, MCCB, CT, PT, Earth fault relay, over current relay and digital multi function meter, paintting of the LT panel inner and outer surface with the two coat of synthetic enammelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directede by Engr - in- charge. Taking out existing unsv and supply, fixing and testing in replacement new electromagnetic flow meter as per model 151 MFM WR4200NO1002D1161428P having Range 85 cum/hr, accuracy class & display + 0.5% of measured flow with rated pressure 10 Kg/Sqcm, sensor factor 1.7570, Output 4 to 20 mA, IP 68, electrode made out of SS 316 materials, including the nuts, bolts, indicater convertor : remote, field mounted, stabilizer, cable, sensor, sensor lining etc and refixing the same in original position for ETPs, complete all as specified and as directed.
