DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF WAREHOUSE THROUGH PRIVATE INVESTMENT NEAR BITROI RAILWAY STATION FOR A PERIOD OF 25 YEARS

The bidder must have minimum average turnover of last three preceding financial year equivalent or more than Rs/24,00,000/- (Twenty Four Lakh only) . The bidder would submit audited balance sheet along with profit and loss account and income tax Returns of previous three (3) Financial years duly certified by the Charted Accountant.

Any individual, company , PSU, JV, Consortium, or entity involved in logistics, manufacturing, transportation, ports, mining or e-commerce shall be eligible (Required documents shall be submitted as given in annexure -E of Tender Document) If a bid is submitted by a JV/Consortium, minimum equity stake in the special purpose vehicle (SPV), at the time of signing the agreement , of any member in the JV/consortium , whose credentials are being evaluated for the purpose of determining the eligibility, shall not be less than 26% and the bidder shall submit the legal documents proving the same .
