Providing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation including form work shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 & 2100 with. (i) Concrete with plant (Drum Type) and placing C RCC Grade M20

Providing and applying tack coat with cationic bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications. (iii) @ 0.35 kg per sqm (non-bituminous surfaces) cement concrete pavement.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with an Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory tandem and pneumatic tyre rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification b) Using Drum Mix Plant of appropriate capacity. (v) for Grading-II (30-40 mm thickness) Bitumen Content minimum 5.4% with 60/70 bitumen (VG-30)

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement with M-30 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with electronic sensor slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC-15-2011 and as per relevant clauses of section 602 of specifications complete but excluding cost of steel in dowel bars and tie rods etc. including groove cutting for width of 4 mm- 6mm and 1/3rd depth of PQC within 8-10 hrs of placing/ finishing of PQC including cost of cutting including cleaning of groove and providing approved sealant filling etc. as per clause 602.2.10 and 600.10 and IRC-57-2006 as per drawing and as per specification.

Deduct from Item No.6.3 & 6.4 above if slip form paver with electronic sensor is not used and laying, compaction is done by fix form paver having 60 mm vibratory needle @ 2 Nos. per metre. (The acceptance criteria regarding level, thickness, surface regularity, texture finish, strength of concrete and all other quality control measures shall be the same as in case of machine laid work.)

Providing Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix in foundation as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 and 2100.
