M and R to Barvi water works, Jambhul..Annual Maintenance and House keeping of premises of both pumping station, staff colony and Rest House at Barvi water works, Jambhul.

Item no.01 Providing Maintenance of works services including daily cleaning of each room furniture , passages , kitchen , pantry , meeting and dinning hall and premises of rest house , cleaning of structural glasses / windows including required manpower , materials etc complete.

Item no.02 Providing Maintenance of day to day cleaning services for cleaning of toilets , bathrooms , wash basins etc at Pure water , raw water , WTP ,water testing Lab ,office & Guest house including required manpower etc complete.

Item no.03 Providing services of Khansama at Guest house for preparation of tea , snacks , foods for lunch as well as dinner and keeping the kitchen in good manner (Materials shall be provided by MIDC ).

Item no.04 Providing regular Maintenance services including daily cleaning and sweeping of premises of pure water , staff colony @ Jambhul including removing the grass , bushes , garbage etc from the premises of all quarters , roads with side patties etc as directed including required manpower tools etc complete.
