Valid appropriate Class-IV and Above Civil contractor license certificate issued from competent authority

the Tenderer shall possess Valid PAN Card and Valid GST Registration Certificate

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than 30 Percent of Estimated Cost to Tender Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 1.20 Lakhs (usually not less than One times the estimated annual payments under this contract)
