Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls by wire brushes and using sand paper and stopping of surfaces & leveling /edging the disturbed places /edges by applying a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having Volatile Organic Compounds less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Weather proof exterior emulsion paint and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaecs etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc; and cuttings chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Stainless steel sink with drainage board made of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen with plugs washers & wastes, including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mmx460mm with bowl size 410mmx330mmx160mm, with and including PVC waste pipe and CP waste coupling 32 mm, complete all as specified directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each and all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm and not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F Solid PVC door frame factory made of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube jointed , supplying and fixing in opening complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles),with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with PVC/ Neopane gasket in square not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises including removal of debries out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 450X 300mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L vitrified ceramic double charged coloured tiles, 10 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 52 here-in-before but on vertical surface such as skirting, dado over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work, machine cut (table rubbed and polished), as in skirting/dado, floors, shelves, cooking platforms, window cills, steps and like, set in neat grey cement slurry, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed to steel frames with stainless steel tacks, or stainless steel wire staples, or fixed to wooden frames with first class hard wood bead, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing plain sheet glass 3 mm thick, ordinary quality, not exceeding 0.50 Sqm each pane, and glazing with oil putty and securing pins, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 10 litre capacity virgin polypropylene (PVC) low level flushing cistern, ISI marked, white or coloured, valve less symphonic action type, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle, complete including PVC bend/ flush pipe, brackets and making all connections, fixed as in repairs and removal of old from site to store for reuse or credit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection 15mm size of length 450mm with brass nuts , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet (pedestal pattern) white pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain ( or out going pipe ) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, with plastic water closet seat cover white , closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device etc, including flush pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs Vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550mm x 400mm, including brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets, complete including CP brass waste coupling, PVC waste pipe, brackets & including taking down old and removal of old from site, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing as in repairs 15mm dia stop valve /angular stop cock chromium plated fancy type, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends of iron pipes or for union, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing as in repairs pillar tap long neck, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, with capstan head, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shank and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore dia and fixed to WHB and connections to iron pipe, as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bib taps 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Brass chromium plated fancy type health faucet or aeroplane jet with 900mm long stainless steel knitted hose pipe for faucet/sensor mixer, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F corner shelf PTMT (Set of Three) fixed on walls with wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases etc all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for coulored chequered cement concrete designer prepolished glossy finished tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, heavy duty, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigments as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
