Removing the existing unserviceable head & foot board S & F new head & foot board shall be provided with 18mm thick BWR ply wood of grade A/MDF (in lieu of pre-laminated board) duly pasted with 1mm thick laminated sheet on both sides of approved shade and texture along with 6mm teak wood beading shall be provided to all edges.

Removing the old welding spots from broken welding joints and re-welding in the same place as reqired. Thereafter preparation of old surface by sand paper No 50 and wire brush and apply one coat of synthetic enamle paint in Black colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken ply wood top and supply and fixing new 12mm thick BWR plywood top alongwith 06 in Nos Countersunk screw and washers on three stiffeners complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing unsv PVC shoes and S & F new high quality PVC shoes 40mm having metal washer inside as per existing pattern.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH. M & L for removing the existing unserviceable/ plastic cane, re-canning of chairs verandah with 4 mm wide 0.5mm thick plastic cane complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Preparing the existing steel surfaces welding and panting with two coats of white synthetic enamel paint.

Providing new plastic shoes for chair verandah & inclidung taking down old shoes complete all as specified and shown on Drg.

CHAIR CB STEEL WITH ARMS. Removing the existing unserviceable/ broken seat for chair CB steel with arms and supply and fix new Seat of size 450 x 390 mm complete with frame made out of 50 X 50 mm 1st class hard wood members & canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of oval shaped & 4 mm wide plastic cane for borders in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including fench polishing to wooden surfaces all as directed.

S & F MS plate of size 50mm X 20mm X 4 mm thick duly welded on two seat pipe for support to seat of chair CB steel all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of chair tubular steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of aproved colour over a coat of primer complete all as directed

Taking out old unserviceable back frame from table dressing gents and supply and fix new back frame of size 45mm x 40mm x 2nd class hard wood, mirror frame and 6mm thick commercial ply grade BWR, type BB, complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable back ply from table dressing gents and supply and fix new back ply of size 900mm x 380mm x 12mm thick commercial ply grade BWR, type BB, complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Taking out old unserviceable drawer of table dressing gents and supply and fix new drawer with chromium plated knob complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of wooden surfaces of table dressing gents and polishing of table dressing gents upto glossy finished all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Peg Table. Taking out unserviceable top from peg table and supply and fix new top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18 mm thick including all round 4mm thick teak wood beading, complete all as specified and as shown on drng.

Taking out unserviceable legs from peg table and supply and fix new legs made of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as shown on drg.

Taking out unserviceable short rail from peg table and supply and fix with new short rail made of 2nd class hard wood complete all as specified and as shown on drg.
