M & L for periodical servicing, comprehensive maintenance and repair (Comprehensive AMC) of Modualr OT at INHS dhanvantari consisting of following equipments along with scope of work for Modular OT - I (a)Touch screen Surgeon control panel: Regular inspection and servicing, functional checks and calibration, repair and replacement of faulty components (b) Surgical Pendant: Routine maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality and safety, replacement of worn out parts (c) Anesthesia Pendant: Routine maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality and safety, replacement of worn out parts (d) MGPS system along with valve box: Inspection for leaks and blockages, maintenance of outlets and valves (e) Hermitically operated doors: inspection and servicing for proper functionality and replacement of worn out parts. (f) Inspection, servicing, repair/ replacement of filters and defective sensors/ electrical parts of scrub station. (g) Inspection, servicing, repair/ replacement of defective electrical parts of X Ray view box. (h) Hatch Box: inspection, servicing & maintenance of Hatch Box, repair/ replacement of defective parts. (j) Non-Hygroscopic peripheral lights: inspection, servicing & maintenance of recess mounted peripheral lights of wattage 54W, checking for any loose connections and repair/ replacement of defective light fitting. (k) UV tube lights: inspection, servicing & maintenance of UV tube lights for sterilization, checking for any loose connections and repair/ replacement of defective light fitting.

Note for Item Sl No 1 to 4 above : (a) The contractor has to do the regular servicing / preventive maintenance monthly basis and each OT per month shall be considered as one Job. (b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all major/ minor parts for above mentioned equipments to make functinal of the Modular OT other than surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor, HEPA filters, vacuum insulated view window and raspberry board. (c) The spare parts such as surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor and raspberry board shall be measured as supply only. (d) The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of attending breakdown calls also during the period. (e) Each modular OT will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Touch screen Surgeon control panel including of all fittings & fixtures complete, mounted flush in the operation theatre wall along with Distribution board provided to allow access to the panel for maintenance. Each control panel consists of following: Day time digital clock -01 no. Supply only sensor for HEPA filter functionality compatible for existing surgeon control panel of JK make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Raspberry mother board suiotable for existing surgeon control panel of JK make complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for integrity testing of HEPA Filter in Modular OT in accordance with ISO-14644 and the test results shall include the following for Modular OT - I: (i) Air Particle count test report on Grill and near OT table. (ii) HEPA integrity / Particle count report. (iii) Air Changes per hour report. (iv) Fresh Air Changes report. (v) Air velocity at Grill report. (vi) Differential Pressure, Relative Humidity & Temparature report. Note: Integrity testing of each OT shall be measured as one Job.
