CHAIR VERANDAH : FD-359 & FD-256 Cutting and removing of old cane/newar from Chair Verandah and applying one coat of white tinted synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old painted steel surfaces and recanning with cane plastic of approved quality 4mm wide, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Make of Plastic Cane :- Shah / Premier / Aryan).

Replacement of PVC shoes to Chair Verandah, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Welding to broken joints of Chair Verandah and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofd red oxide after preparation of surface, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

TABLE BED SIDE (MAP) : FD/E6/MAP/15(R) Removing of old unserviceable top from Table bed side and replacing with the new new top of same size made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated particle board, teak faced ISI marked, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Make:- Ecoboard/Action- Tesa / Greenply).

All as per srl item No. 04 here-in-before but side of Table bed side.

Replacement of old unserviceable upper drawer from table bed side and provision of new drawer of same size and shape as shown in Drg made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board and 06mm thick commercial Plywood bottom.

Removing of old unserviceable back ply from Table bed side and replacing with the new back ply of same size of 06mm thick commercical plywood (ISI marked) including one coat of french polish, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Removing of old unserviceable handle from Table Bed Side and replacing with new CP steel handle 100mm size of shape and size as per sample, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

SOFA SET 04 SEATER WITH CUSHION : FD-258, 373 & 281 Removing of old unserviceable arm rest from exiting sofa set 04 seater and replacing with new 1st class hard wood teak arm rest to sofa set 04 seater duly french polished as directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

( Note :- Tapestry cloth shall not be of Price range Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- per Sqm as per Sample of tapestry cloth got approved from the GE before incorporation in the work). Make of Cushion :- Sleepwell / Feather-foam / Kurl-on Goldline.

Removal of tapestry cloth from existing seat/back of Sofa set 04 seater and replacing with new best quality tapestry cloth of DCM/Indian Handloom of approved shade and fixing the same, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. ( Note :- Tapestry cloth shall not be of Price range Rs. 200/- to Rs. 250/- per Sqm as per Sample of tapestry cloth got approved from the GE before incorporation in the work).

CHAIR DINING (MAP) : FD/E6/MAP/10(R) Removing old broken/unserviceable front legs from Chair dining and replacing with new front legs of Ist class hard wood teak wood as per shape and size shown in drawing duly french polished as directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable leatherite cover and margin cloth from the seat of the chair and replacing with new leatherite cover to the seat (duly covered from all the sides incluing bottom of the chair), complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Note :- Leatherite cover shall not be of Price range lesser than Rs. 210/- per Sqm and Colour, shade and quality of leatherite shall be as per sample approved by GE before incorporation in the work).

Removing old unserviceable foam cushioned seat from existing chair dining cushioned and replacing with new 75 mm thick ,40 density foam seat (Make: Sleepwell/Featherfoam/Kurl-on) to chair dining duly covered with leatherite cover complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Colour, shade and quality of leatherite shall be as approved by GE before incorporation in the work).

Replacement of wooden bracket/corners of suitable size made of Ist class hard wood teak to Chair dining cushioned and screwed with railing for extra strength including french polish, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

RECANNING TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHAIR : FD-03 Recanning of wooden chair of different sizes with 02mm wide cane having 03mm wide plastic cane border in Godrej pattern as in Chair Dining, Chair writing, Chair Easy, Stool Dressing CB etc., complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. (Make of Plastic Cane :- Shah / Premier / Aryan).

NOTE :- (a) For minimum fair wages ,EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-16,17 and Special Condition 15 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.
