Electrification Work of newly constructed Broiler Farm at Dalimpur campus under WBCADC, Falakata Project.

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp. 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating (Havells make) (1 for D.G. incoming & 1 for Broiler farm ).

Supplying and fixing MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB,/Isolator concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish or as per direction of E.I.C. incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment .i) 4 Way ( For change over switch).

Supplying and fixing 63 Amp. , 415 V , 4 pole change over (MCB module)(Havells make) of on din rail of existing DBs/ enclosure and necessary connection.

Supplying & fixing 100 A 415V sheet metal (16 SWG) TPN Iron Clad Busbar chambers (500 mmx150 mm) on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required as per direction of E.I.C. {Dimension of the 4 nos Copper bar ( 100 mm long x20 mm breadth x 5 mm thick )} .

Supplying and fixing 415 V , 6- 32A per way , 4 way double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection incl. S & F one no 63A Four Pole MCB Isolator and 12 nos. 6 A -32 A SPMCB (‘C’ Curve, 10KA) as outgoing, oncealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment .(L & T/Havells make) .

S&fixing 250V, [2+10] way , 6-10A per way, SPN MCBDB with SS enclosure double door with IP-42/43 protection incl. S & fixing one no 40A DP isolator and 10 nos 6-32A SP MCB. (‘C’ Curve, 10KA) as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment flushed on wall as per direction of E.I.C. with all accessories. as required {Make - L&T , Enclosure (LTSD12N)}.

Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points including ceiling rose with Modular type switch (Legrand or equivalent ) fixed on Modular GI switch board with top cover plate and 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar & earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. ( Average run 5 mtr )

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1.1 KV grade 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire as ECC, to 6A 3 pin Modular type plug socket & switch (Legrand or equivalent ) on 4 Module GI switch board with 3/4 Module top cover plate on wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works.(On Board) ]

Supplying , Laying & Erection of following sizes 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated unarmoured Aluminium cables (Finolex/Polycab/Havells ). including supply and erection with No.6 SWG GI(Hot Dip) continuous earth wire with Galv. (Hot Dip) earth clamp (From pole to pole and fittings as per direction of E.I.C.) (For Outdoor light) ] i) 4 core 16 sq. mm. cable (Main line of Broiler farm)
