REPAIR/ MAINT OF FIRE FIGHTING INFRASTRUCTURE AND FLAME PROOF FITTINGS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH

Disconnecting the water mains from the suction and delivery pipe line of Monoblock/centrifugal pump sets/open well pump set of any description and in any position and taking out pump set / motor from the base frame including disconnecting electric connections and foundation, nuts and bolts. for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts and reassembling the pump and motor of capacity 5 HP capacity, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these item. (ii) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation of pumps/ motors to and from workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop.

Rewinding of 5 HP motor same gauge with super enamelled copper wire including removing burnt winding cleaning of slotes sepration of rotor and startor making insulation to all joint . and replacement of the following items.All as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. (a) Replacement of ball bearing.Make: SKF-01 Nos (b) Replacement of cooling fan - 01 Nos. (c) Replacement of capacitor of suitable mfd (d) Replacement of seal, bush (e) Repair/replacement of shaft Note: The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of transportation from site to authorised workshop and back, fixing / lowering in position

Supply and Fix in replacement of nitrile lining Butterfly valve of 50mm dia with MS handle, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of PVC insulated Copper cable of 2.5Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of a one 4 Kg ABC powder type Fire Extinguisher with wall mounted complete all as speficied and directed.

Material and Labour for replacement of battery 12V, 150 AH complete with copper battery terminals for wire connection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning of SWT upto 3000Gln, complete using suitbale no of labour & dewatering of complete water with pump set, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement and installation and testing of single loop analogue addresssable Fire control panel of make Hochiki cat No: HFP AP-AS certified to EN54-2/EN54-4 or compatible equivalent having following features: A) Panel Physical features: Single loop, Compact & stylish enclosure, removable equipment chasis, supporting hochiki ESP loop drivers, which are all capable of providing upto 400 milliamps of loop current, integral 3 programmable relays, 3A power supply & temperature compensated battery charger provides ample power for the two 1 Amp rated standard sounder outputs & loop powered sounder & other devices. B) Connectivity: HFP AP-AS should connect seamlessly to other HFP AS or HFP multi loop panels and repeaters via the fully fault tolerant and robust HFP network card. The HFP AP-AS support all HFP serial bus peripherals such as HFP AP-CRL repeaters, 16 channel I/O boards, realy boards, sounder boards & conventional zone board to provide an additional 512, fully programmable points, 16 zonal LED indicators are provided as standard and panel will support upto 500 network wide software zone as per HFP multi loop panels. C) Software: Panel should include 2 programmable inputs, 5 programmable inputs, , large graphic display, real time clock, sensitivity adjustment and drift compensation, networked with HFP control panel and existing system, compatible with HFP & HFP AP-CRL repeaters, stores 500 last events in event log, dial up modem connection. Supply and Fix in replacement and installation and testing of analogue addressable fire control panel repeater of make: Hochiki or compatible equivalent having full display & optional control from a small and unobtrusive local control station, full colour graphical display with touch screen functionality, delivers information on the status of the fire alarm system to single or multiple locations, for other annunciation and control applications panel should be configured to provide customisableswitches and indications for a host of fire system ancillary functions, panel be connected to the fire control panels fault tolerant, ancillary RS485 bus or to the fire alarm panel fault tolerant network. Panel should have following features: 1) Robust full colour 7" 800x480 touch screen graphical display. 2) Full indication of all information displayed at the fire control panel 3) Automatic display brightness adjustment 4) Silenceable internal sounder 5) Connections Via: Control panel RS485 bus or option to connect to control panel network 6) Low current, 24V DC powered 7) Configurable functionality, Configurable languages & optional enable keyswitch.
