Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing including curing, providing; fixing and removing necessary form work, cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for RCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing and cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all in-situ concrete works such as foundation, rafts, footings, pedestals, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, Chejjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walkways and all other miscellaneous RCC works [All RCC works below & above plinth level] including Providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding / ladder [if required], preparation of base, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction & generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by Engineer-In-charge at all locations and at all lift & height. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.

Providing and laying approved make high strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all diameters confirming to grade Fe-500D IS: 1786 including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire of approved quality for all insitu concrete works including providing & placing suitable cover blocks, scaffolding / staging, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and constructing Masonry [below plinth & above plinth] with C.C. Solid Blocks of size 400/300 mm X 200mm X 200/150mm or size as approved by the engineer-in-charge size, having crushing strength not less than 45 Kgs. per SqCM. in C.M. 1:5 including simultaneous flush pointing, providing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, curing, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete surfaces for proper bonding, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary scaffolding / staging / platform, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and laying External Cement Plaster 18 mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 (sponge finished) with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirming to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer to the Masonry surfaces & concrete surfaces etc. rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and fixing in position 18 - 20 mm. thick, one side Mirror Polished Granite Stone Slabs of approved size; of approved quality; of approve shade / colour & Laying / fixing in approved pattern for flooring, Skirting, Platforms etc. to the true line; level & slope etc, including fixing / laying the Slabs using cement mortar in CM 1:4; 20 mm. thick bedding, cement [for bedding @ 4.4 Kgs. per Sqm. of floor area] for slurry, cement [for joints @ 0.60 Kgs. per Sqm. of floor area] for slurry & colouring pigment to match the existing surface, preparation of base & curing properly, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and laying Ceramic Wall Tiles of different size for dado of approved make, Size, colors /shade, laid on 12 mm thick in CM 1:4 including grouting the joints with white and matching pigment as per specification and relevant IS, including preparation of base and collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and laying premium quality Ceramic Anti Skid 11/2' X 11/2' Tiles for floor, of approved brand & shade / colour with 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 bedding, grout filling in the joints with matching pigmented cement slurry, finished to true line & levels gradient etc., including cutting of tiles, preparation of base and collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position Mild Structural Items like pipes, angles, flats, plates, other approved sections etc., including the cost of nuts, bolts /anchor fasteners for fabricating & fixing different Mild Structural Steel works such as gates, grills, trusses and all othe Mild Structural Steel works etc., including providing & painting One Coat of Metal primer [superior quality & make] and Two coats of synthetic enamel paint [Paint shall of superior quality and make with approved shade /colour] including preparation of base, providing, fixing and removing necessary staging / platform / scaffolding, all materials shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and fixing SS 316 grade,18 to 20 gauge, thick pipe of 50 / 40 / 32 NB or suitable square / rectangle sections [thickness of wall shall be minimum 5 mm.] for staircase railing / handrails work including fabrication as per drawing and site requirement, transportation and fixing in the location by using suitable anchoring bolts, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and fixing in position factory made Wood plastic composite (WPC) Door Shutters 30mm thick. Providing and laying/fixing Decorative with architectural finish Suspended False ceiling using first quality PVC Boards of size 300mm X 3000mm X 6mm of approved make with GI Grid Work of 600 mm. x 600 mm. made out of Perimeter channels [MF 6A], Ceiling Sections [MF5 : placing at 457 mm. (Maximum) C/C] , Intermediate channels [MF7: placing @ 1220 mm. (Maximum) C/C], Ceiling angles 25 mm X 25 mm. Size, placing @ 1220 mm. Providing and fixing Vertical venetian blinds of Vista Levolor Dustguard No -103 or equivalent or as approved by EIC with all necessary fittings & fixtures of approved shade / colour, of required size, providing; fixing & removing scaffolding / staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and fixing in position Premium Quality, Double charge nano finish Vitrified [straight edge] Tiles for flooring, Skirting & dado of Johnson / Bell / Regency / Marbit o/ Nitco / Naveen diamontile / Somany make of approved shade / colours [as per the design] including laying in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick, base layer for flooring, in CM 1:3, 12 mm thick, base layer for Skirting & dado, Cement Slurry @ 3.3 Kgs [for flooring, skirting & dado] per sqm. or using approved adhesive [such as laticrete L290, laid thickness of laticrete shall not be less than 6 mm], pointing the joints neatly with white cement mixed with matching [tiles] colouring pigment, including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing etc., providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and fixing in position Display Boards consisting of PU spray painted PVC foam letters fitted over ACP sheet boards, including fabrication of frames, letters, ACP board etc.; including transportation, installation, removal of existing display board etc. & cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000- 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations. Note: (1)The pvc foam sheet used for letters should have density of 0.55, (2)Frame shall be made using GI Square tube section of 1" X 1" & 2mm thick, (3)ACP sheet shall be of bending quality & 3mm thick, (4)PVC foam letters shall be PU spray painted & 18mm in thickness, (5)Letters shall be fitted on board using nut and bolts of suitable size. Note: 1) Reinforcement steel & formwork will be measured & paid under relevant items. (2) Precast slabs shall be cured properly & placed in position after 28 days from date of casting.

Engaging Excavator (JCB) for removal & disposal of road side collapsed soil / earth; stone boulders; wooden logs; dried trees & other unwanted materials / things which are making obstruction for free movement of men & vehicles etc., cleaning of existing drains for free flow of rain water, formation of new drains for free flow of rain water and other miscellaneous works etc. including hire charges of Excavator; operator wages; Excavator maintenance charges; cost of diesel & lubricants and tool & tackles etc. cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000- 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing Clear / tinted Glass of minimum 5.5 mm thick including safe delivery at Kaiga site. Glass shall be free from any defects (glass shall be of superior quality & of first grade) of Modi / Saint Gobin make & confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition. Note: Contractor shall take clearance from Engineer-In-Charge prior to bulk supply of material.

Providing 20 micron thick, Sun Control Film of GARWARE or equivalent make, of approved quality, colour/ shade & confirming the relevant BIS specification of latest edition. Note: Contractor shall take clearance from Engineer-In-Charge prior to bulk supply of material.

Providing 12 mm thick, BSD, Interior Grade Pre-laminated Partical Board of superior & approved quality of ONZE / equivalent make and confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition for wall partitions, doors & all other miscellaneous works. Note: Contractor shall take clearance from Engineer-In-Charge prior to bulk supply of material.

Providing StainlessSteel edge protection angle of size 50mm X 50mm X 3mm thick (minimum) & 1.5 meter in length; including providing 8 nos. of suitatble size holes for fixing of S.S. screws for fixing the angle in the wall edge portion and including providing suitable size S.S. Screws along with PVC hole plugs of required nos., of superior & approved quality confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition. Note: (1) The length of single edge protection angle may change as per site requirement. (2) S.S. screws shall be flat head and should flush with Angle surface. (3)Contractor shall take clearance from Engineer-In-Charge prior to bulk supply of material.

Providing Aluminum Jalley of 50 X 50 mm. (Opening) X 6.5 mm thick (Minimum) of Square or diagonal pattern 50 X 60 mm. (Opening) X 6.5 mm thick (Minimum) of Square or diagonal pattern, fabricated out of extruded annodised aluminum sections confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition, including providing U channels and required screws. Note: (1) The length of U channel and required screws shall be supplied along with aluminium jally considering grill of size 2.4m X 1.2m. (2)Contractor shall take clearance from Engineer-In-Charge prior to bulk supply of material.

Fabricating, providing and fixing in position Stainless steel (304 grade) Letters having size 9 to 10 inch & SS sheet of 0.8 to 1 inch in thickness , including transportation, installation, removal of existing display board etc. & cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste & all unwanted materials upto lead of 2000- 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations. Note: The letters shall be made using Stainless steel (304grade) gold in colour sheet matching to the colour of NPCIL logo and embossing to 1inch.

Specifications : (1)The thickness of sheet used for door shutter shall be 1.2mm, (2) Insulated with Honeycomb / rockwool, (3) GI material shall be used for frame & shutter, (4) Frame & door shall be powder coated, (5) Frame profile shall be 105mm X 75mm and (6) The thickness of sheet used for shutter frame shall be 1.2mm.
