Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2.00 sqm each and removing to store yard all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of shutter in same opening of any description exc 1 sqm and n exc 2.00 sqm each all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces including preperation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M & L applying three coat of white wash on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification, two or more coats on new work over 1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior grade wall putty (each coat min. 1.5 mm thick) and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method then applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolation of ashlar facings, dressed stone work, stone slabs or tiles from paving and precast concrete blocks and articles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick rendering/screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab (table rubbed and polished) as in flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing, grinding and mirror polishing upto desired satisfaction of Engr In Charge complete all as specfied and directed.

Cutting, grinding, cleaning and treating the surface of existing kota stone flooring with beeswax polishing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), remving serviceable tiles to stores and and rubbish off the permises.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 450mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade over and including 15mm thick cement sand plaster (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured /printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick( square /rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 sqm but n. exc, 0.38 sqm and shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in paste pigmented to tile shade over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floors 25 mm thick for tiles all as specified.& directed by Engineer -in-charge..

Demolition of cement concrete ( un re-inforced) of any description in ground floor and pavings Nexc15 cm thickness (below or above GL)
