Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of : G.S. Sheet

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm. Over& including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats (matt finish)

Providing and fixing of 20mm thick devri stone tiles over cement sand mortar including grouting complete job.

Pointing with 1:2 (1 Non hydrated lime: 2 sand: 1 surkhi) as per the conservation and methodology procedure complete job.

Applying two or more coats of Ethyl silicate chemicals as approved by Archaeological survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with brush or spray on the existing stone masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by stone surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sun light by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge ( the rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Raised and cut pointing

Grinding on existing brick wall with mechanical grinder / sand paper to give smooth finish complete job.
