Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand (zone-ll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per direction of Engineer in charge. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (Rate Including GST).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars . (Rate Including GST).

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames with MS flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete for providing and fixing of grill panels. (Rate Including GST).

Raking of joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or re plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Rate Including GST).

Providing and applying 15mm to 25mm thick simple lime plaster in single or multiple coats to match the original profile. Cleaning and wetting the substrate, and applying plaster in Composite Lime Mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime: 1 powdered surkhi : 1 coarse sand), homogeneously mixed with organic additives like molasses (gur/sheera), dry tree gum, and dry bel-fruit pulp (giri) in required proportions. The finished surface shall be finished smooth or to match the original texture, ensuring proper bonding without cracks or hollows. Rate to include the cost of all specialized materials, skilled heritage labour, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge. (rate including GST)

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturer’s specifications. Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.80 Itr / 10 sgm of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer in charge..
