REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PLASTER FINISH WITH GRIT FINISH TO BDY WALL AT DK-II IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (CENTRAL) DELHI CANTT-10

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 02 before but except bricks

Taking down cement plaster in concrete or brick wall surface of any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M & L for washed two type colour marble GRIT PLASTER on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool and applying cement slurry on the under layer @3g of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2(1 cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and wasshing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of penels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M & L for painting new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing the entire surface with applying 2-3 mm thick birla/ JK wall care putty on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparing the entire surface with applying priming surface with alklai resistance priming paint on walls and ceiling surface finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
