Dismantling of UG cable any size duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking down all accessories Complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in repairs XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fixing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-2 here in above but of size 50 Sqmm x3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-2 here in above but of size 70 Sqmm x3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-2 here in above but of size 95 Sqmm x3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No-2 here in above but of size 120 Sqmm x3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after spreading over the cable complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class- B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning the area including uprooting of weeds/grass and removing creepers from fencing or poles / posts and brooming the complete area of sub station around panels,transformers and four pole structures all as specified & directed.

S & F in repair GI pipe “Light Grade” in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles or walls including suitable size clamps for protection of cables and sealing ends complete all as specified and directed for the e following pipes as under:

(a) 20 MM BORE

(b) 40 MM BORE

(c) 50 MM BORE

Dismantling of steel pole/struts of any size & type duly disconnecting all electrical connections including taking down cross arms / ACSR conductors etc. Complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position GI poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug,bolts,nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) , incl earthwork for 60x60cm pit of 1.65m depth and PCC 1:4:8 bed 15cm at bottom and PCC 1:3:6 till ground level and PCC 1:2:4 for coping above ground for 30cm including removal of excavated earth to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unsv LT panel and supply, installation, testing & commissioning of factory made type, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed control panel indoor type CPRI approved, fully comparted type, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, duly painted with epoxy powder coating with 10 tank process, with IP-65 Protection complete, with provn of front double door shutter with locking arrangement mounted on MS angle iron frame of 50x50x5 mm and legs grouted on PCC foundation 30Cm below the ground and 20Cm above the ground, duly powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed & comprising of following:-

i) Aluminum Bus bar TPN 200 Amp of suitable length and section covered with coloured heat shrinkable anti track insulation tape of Make Denson/M-seal or equivalent of finished thickness not more than 1mm and fixed on epoxy base post insulator of both dia and height not less than 40mm- 01 Set. ii) MCCB 125 Amp Ics 25 KA , 4 Pole, 415 V, 50Hz, with thermal, magnetic release adjustable- 01 No.(incomer) iii) MCCB 100 Amp, Ics 25 KA, 3 pole, 415 V, 50Hz with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release- 01 No. (outgoing) iv) MCCB 40 Amp, Ics 16 KA, 3 pole, 415 V, 50Hz with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release- 01 No. (outgoing) v) Indicator lamp RYB- 01 Set. vi) Multifunction meter digital compatible to measure voltage, current, PF, frequency with 3 lines display LCD in 96x96 sqmm flush mounted case, accuracy class 1.0- 01 No. vii) On load changeover switch 4 pole, 125 amp, 415 v AC, 50 hz-01 No. viii) Danger notice plate riveted on the outer body 440 volt.
