Providing , laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadom specification including premixing the material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paversin sub-base base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Grade -1 as per Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm (VG-10) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specifications MORT&H clause. (Approved By Municipal Corporation)

Denge Graded Bituminous Macadam (DGBM) P/L dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 THP Type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumixed binder @4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required (Approved By Municipal Corporation)

Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 (Using Plastic Waste)Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and aligment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH &H specification clause No.507 complete in all respect. TABLE TOPS AND RAISED INTERSECTION : Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M40 grade with minimum cement (DSR-2023, 5.33.1.4)

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye):- Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-Imoact Polystyrene) or Acryloniitrite Butadien Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. . The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+/-5 degree to base and the area of each retro-reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Approved By Municipal Corporation)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads onBituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
