S&F 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated prepared to receive glass, gauge etc. (sash bars as required) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, cut or mitred beads for screwing glass etc. Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part - I, Section 8, Clause 8.20(b) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 35mm made shutters plain framed, panelled shutter with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm to 15mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC door Frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chage.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Material & labour for 18-20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab 550mmx550mm/600mmx600mm laid in floors, slabs and steps etc jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbuing and polishing over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Kota stone for step shall be in single piece.

ditto- all as per item No.33 above but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillarwith and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - Kota stone for risers of step shall be in single piece.
