Complete repairing / rewinding of 5 MVA, 33/6.6 KV Power Transformer, Make - M&B, Sl. No. 1212441. Scope of Work: i). Rewinding of one limb Y-phase HV winding (333.50 Kg approx.) with new copper strip. ii), Re-insulation and repairing of remaining two limbs of HV and all the three limbs of LV windings (1334 Kg approx.) with replacement of paper covering. iii). Labour cost & cost of insulating materials of appropriate class & gaskets etc. shall be in the scope of contractor. iv). Scrap copper shall be retained by the contractor. v). Transportation (to and fro) of the transformer shall be in the scope of contractor. vi). Test certificate of repaired transformer to be submitted at the time of delivery. Note: 1). Bidders are advised to see the transformer before quoting the offer. 2). Rate offered should be after deducting the scrap value of copper. 3). Job shall be carried out at the contractor's workshop and the job shall be routed through Regional Stores, Dipka Area. (Please refer to page no.
