Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring & Shuttering if required etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering ramming, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth below the base course of flooring using 4cm size black hard hand broken granite stone metals of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc.complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6" thick including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Supplying and Laying of Heavy duty factory made hydrualically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking approved brand pavers of 80mm thick coral shaped on preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and levelling laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Chief.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6)in finished smooth to outside smooth surface of brick walls afrer racking out joints including watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance royalties,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P requred for the work complete. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of G YPSUM ceilling with aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centr to center, L Section No.1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. complete.

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood/ iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering, polishing the surface, including cost conveyance and all taxes of all materials along with T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.(Ground Floor)
