Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring of approved make by E/I flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4coarse sand)laid and jointed with white cement (with pigment) slurry including rubbing and polishing of joints complete. (Size 600x600 mm)

P/F looking mirror of 900×450 mm size of approved make with teak wood moulded frame and 6mm thick hard board backing including cost of material ,labour and T&P etc.

P/F wash basin with single hole /number of of holes for pillar tap with C.I or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting hole & making god the same but excluding fittings.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water strorege tank ISI:12701 marked with over and suitable locking arrangement an macking necessary holes for inlet, out let and over flow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank. 500 Liter

P/F stainless steel Kitchen sink with C.I.bracket excluding cost of other fitting.

P/F I.S.I ,marked flush door shutters conforming to I.S;2202 (Part 1) non -decorative, core of block board construction with frame of 1st classhard wood and well matched comercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both fa of shutters, 35 mm thick including ISI marked stainles steel but hinges with necessary.
