Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant.The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bend rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 400Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone sand (M- Sand) but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - The Coarse and Fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requiremnents of IS standards.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters shall be pull and push type (Gear operated) made of 18G/3" lathe sections which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below: curtain shall be of 18G/3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. For 8'0"(2.45m) high rolling shutter lath sections provided shall be not less than 37 numbers. Lock plate shall be 10GMS sheet and attached to the side brackets with 20mm square bar.Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high carbon coil springs. 2 springs shall be supplied. Side brackets shall be of 10G MS plate and cast iron "U" clamps shall be rivetted to the side brackets. Roller shall be of heavy cast iron pullies fitted with heavy duty "C" class 40mm steel pipe and high tensile high arbon coil springs - 2 springs shall be supplied. Hood cover shall be of 0.8mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25mmx25mmx3mm MS angle or gate channel. The rolling shutter in addition to the above should have pulling hook and shall be coated on exposed area with heavy coat of red oxide primer etc., complete.Gear Operated Type (from 8 sqm. to 12 sqm. Area)

Supplying and fixing 30mm thick solid core PVC door shutter with PVC frame of size 50x45mm with suitable rebate for housing the shutter (Conforming to IS 4020 with updated amendment) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 x 19mm for styles and 15x15mm for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C' channel of size 30 x 50mm forming styles, and 75x50mm for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail, bottom rail. Paneling of 5mm thick PVC sheet bearing on either side and join together other side etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stack and the interior side of the ‘C' channel using PVC sealant adhesive including cost of all furniture fittings such as aluminium aldrop of size 250x16mm - 1No., aluminium tower bolt 250x12mm - 1No. aluminium D type handle 200mm etc. complete, as per direction of Engineer in charge and drawing. Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five P-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials.

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size ( 23x23x2 cm ) approved quality in C.M. 1:3 - 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to IS @ 2 % by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Paving the floor with best approved quality polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 of 18 to 20mm thick with machine cut edges and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three m sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Flooring with ceramic tiles of 305x305x6 mm size and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles conforming to IS 15622 of 300x200x6 mm sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC. unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colour for Consealed PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator. Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with “P” or “S” trap conforming to BIS with crushed stone sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two crushed stone sandand Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and fixing of M.S. steel grill using M.S. angle frames including cost of M.S. angles (50mm x 50 mm x 6mm) T , L angles, flats and square rods in proper position including labour charges for cutting, welding, and including labour charges for priming cost of red oxide painting and erection in a proper position etc. complete as per standard specification and Grill design , Thickness of square rod are approved by the departmental engineers.
