Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water supply installation at Tawi filter plant regularly maintaining the water purification structures by deploying 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) in each shift of 8 hours i.e total 2 FGM in two shifts per day Note: 02 (Two) FGM per day to be deployed.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water supply installation at Tawi filtration plant old pump house for operating pump sets, DG sets and sluice valves by deploying 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) in each shift of 8 hours, per day and 01 (One) Valve man (Un-Skilled) in each shift of 8 hours, total 2 (two) valvemen in two shifts. Note: Total 01 (one) FGM and 02 (Two) Valve man per day shall be deployed.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of water supply installation at Tawi filtration plant new pump house by deploying 01 (One) FGM (Skilled) in one shift per day and 01 (One) Mate (Un-Skilled) in each shift of 08 hrs , total 2 (two) mate in two shift per day Note: Total 01 (One) FGM per day and 02 (Two) Mate per day shall be deployed.

Note for item 1 to 3: (i) The contractor will ensure suitable repalcement of Electrician/FGM/Mate on rest days and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The contractor shall produce details of the persons deplyed by him like Name, Aadhar No, Aadhar linked Bank A/c No, Experience certificate EPF No and ESIC No within a week of Acceptance of tender. The work will be commenced only after submission of requisite documents . (iii) The contractor shall ensure that his persons always be present in their shift. (vi) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building, hard standing, foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of items of M&O here in before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt Pocket (Left and right side).

Note for item 1 to 3: (v) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this CA. (vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate of BOQ here in before. (vii) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE PAYMENT TO HIS STAFF EMPLOYED FOR THIS WORK EVERY MONTH, ACCOUNTED FOR, FROM THE DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE WORK AND SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE BANK STATEMENT/INDIVIDUAL’S PASS BOOK, EPF AND ESIC DETAILS AS A PROOF OF PAYMENT.

Taking down old panel/soft starter panel of any size, any capacity and any make including all its components, and removing electrical connections to motors installed at water supply installations. Complete all as specified and by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of indoor type, weather proof, cubicle panel board made out of 2.10 mm thick CRCA steel sheet mounted on 60 cm long legs made out of 50x50x6 mm equal angle, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 blocks of size 15 x15x15 cm front and back openable, double door openable up to minimum 150 degree & removable type having magnetic catche system, lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated locks, levers and air vent gaskets for natural air flow suitable foamed in PU gasket to make it dust/vermin proof, IP 54 protection, powder coated and prewired as per standard engineering practice, the panel manufacturer should have got any one of the panel tested at CPRI for short circuit current of 35/36 KA for one second and similar design and technology shall be adopted for fabrication of panel copy of CPRI test report shall be produced to GE along with a certificate from manufacturer of the panel that the similar design and standard have followed in these panels complete suitable cable glands for cable entry.The panel shall accommodate the following equipments:-

(a) Soft starter Altistart 22 soft start/soft stop units support the controlled starting and stopping, via voltage and torque, designed to meet the performance requirements of applications where ruggedness, security of personnel and equipments and ease of setup are a priority. The bypass function (based on a bypass contactor) should be integrated into the starter. This approach should suit applications where it may be necessary to bypass the starter at the end of starting to limit the starters heat dissipation, and integrated display terminal that allows the user to change both the programming and the adjustment or monitoring parameters in order to adapt and customize the application in line with site requirement needs. And they also feature and integrated thermal motor protection function as well as machine monitoring functionally, offer immediate installation setup capability. Fixing the same in soft starter panel of three phase squirrel case induction motors for rating 200 to 270 HP. Make- Schneider Cat Part No- ATS22C32Q - 01 No or equivalent of L&T and ABB. (b) Power contacts 3 Pole AC Control, highly electrical life, shock proof version and magnetic latching contractor, current rating 400Amp AC-3, suitable for 200 to 270 HP pump motor soft starter panel. Make- Schneider Cat part No- LC1F330-01 No or equivalent of L&T and ABB.

Material and labour of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth plate with 32 X 6 mm thick GI strip by means of suitable size of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers all as specified in electrical plate SSR Part I including necessary .Exc & earth work, providing charcoal and salt dust layers and construction of PCC pit in 1:3:6 using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate, precast RCC 40 mm thick cover in 1:2:4 type B 1 with 12 mm dia steel MS plain bar, lifting handle 2 Nos GI pipe of550 x 550 x 50 mm bore for earth lead protection and GI pipe 15 mm dia for watering, with funnel and wire mesh including testing on completion. Note: No payment shall be made if earth resistance test value not found satisfactory and contractor has to make alternate earthing till the result not found satisfactory without any extra cost. Rate shall be deemed to include this provision. The testing equipments to measure the earth resistance will be the arrangement of contractor.
