Filling up 10X10 mts area with rubble, soling of PCC up to 800mm ht above ground level.

Provide RCC – 10mts X 10mts X 200mm with M20 grade cement reinforced concrete for foundation and PCC work

Provide & fabricate Structural steel: columns-20ft and 80 X 80 X 4mm thick 9 columns. Trusses fabricated from G.I square tubes 10m X 50mm X 50mm-4 Nos.

Provide & fabricate Insulated aluminum sandwiched corrugated sheet (sloping) with 0.5mm thick sheet and 25mm thick foam insulation. 12mts X 12mts = 144mts 10mts X 6mts X 4 = 240mts

Fabrication & erection of Toilet & Bathroom – 1.5m X 1.5m Toilet, 1.5m X 2m Bathroom inclus of all fittings 1no Toilet seat. 1no Faucet, 1no Jetspray, 1 no shower set, 1no faucet for bathroom, drainage system for both.

Electrification of Room Plug point 15 amps-6 nos Light point with light – 10nos Ceiling fans – 6nos Exhaust fans – 3nos

Finishing of flooring and interiors & painting along with connecting of the sewage system to the sewage drain line

Earthling pit with connection to electrical panel of the workstation

Design of fabrication of mezzanine floor 10mts X 3.3mts at a ht 2.5mts including structural beams and columns and floorings.
