Bailing out the water from the semi underground sump 10,000 litres capacity at CMCD and Carbon Carbon Pump House without causing any interruption to regular water supply, cleaning the walls, roof and floor thoroughly by using scrapper, removing the deposited scales/ fungus/ sludge/dirt etc., cleaning thoroughly with water and bleaching powder, finally cleaning with chlorine solution for complete anti bacterial disinfections complete including removing and disposing of the rubbish materials of the site and writing date of cleaning of the sump on the black ground/board with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out the water from the Over Head Reservoir (OHR) 10,000 Litres capacity on 10metres staging at CMCD and CCTW without causing interruption in regular water supply, cleaning the walls, roof and floor of tank complete by scrapping thoroughly with wire brush and removing dirt/dust/scales/sludge etc., cleaning the tank thoroughly with water and bleaching powder, finally cleaning with chlorine solution for complete antibacterial disinfections including removing and disposing off the rubbish out of tank off as directed and writing date of cleaning on the tank on black ground/board with white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrical connection from the centrifugal pump motor main housing of 25HP capacity and taking out from the installed position, transporting for repairs/ servicing to an approved workshop and transporting back after carrying out repairs, servicing/overhauling, assembling, installing in its original position and connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be include the cost of packing materials. 2) Spares replaced will be measured and paid for separately as Supply only.

M&L in repairs, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI strip 25 x 4mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
