Specification for Analytical weighing balance The Analytical Balance will be of high quality that ensure guarantee for reliability, precision and accuracy of measurement, and used for weighing various chemicals in laboratory with precision. Weighing Chamber: The weighing balance must have spacious weighing chamber, and the open-door clearance facilitates easy access to the weighing pan and must extend ease during weighing. The weighing Chamber will be coated with antistatic glass coating and ensure Antistatic Weighing Chamber that must provide compensation of electrostatic charges. During weighing operations the weighing result must be eliminated from the influence of electrostatics. Ergonomic Design: Analytical Balance will have ergonomically and rugged mechanical design and will have following features; • Spacious weighing chamber • Large open-door clearance • No rims for pane guides • Improved Aluminium base • Tool-free disassembly of the weighing chamber Levelling System Analytical balances will have a levelling device that is located at the front of the weighing chamber for level control and will have adjustable 2 supporting point for levelling system. Display and Operation Analytical Balance will have large LCD display for clear presentation of the weighing results. It will have feature keys for; • Database – direct access to databases, • Function – direct access to basic functions, • F1-F4 – programmable function keys and menu navigation keys. The analytical balance will display on LCD screen; • Signal operated working mode, • Computer connection, • Battery status, • Weighing and service functions via pictograms. • The quantity of displayed weighing units is also expanded. • Dedicated status bar enables display of additional messages, e.g. product name, tare value. Real-time mass measurement is presented using bar graph. Memory The Balance will have ALIBI memory to record of up to 100 000 weighing. Data-Protection Access to valuable information is possible after logging. The administrator manages the data access configuration. Database The information system is based on 5 databases, which allows several users to work with several product databases, and the registered weighing results can be subject to further analysis. The data is registered in 5 databases: • operators (up to 10 users), • products (up to 1000 products), • Weighing (up to 5000 weighing), • tares (up to 100 tares), • ALIBI memory (up to 100 000 weighing). The Analytical Balance must have feature to connected with PC through software in future.
