The Tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily following quantities: i.At least 180 Desktop Computers in a single order to any government departments/institutions/organizations in the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year, 2022-2023, 2024-2025, 2025-26). Supply order and respective Satisfactory Certificate from the purchaser should be attached And ii.At least 100 All in One computers in a single order to any government departments/institutions/organizations in the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year, 2022-2023, 2024-2025, 2025-26). Supply order and respective Satisfactory Certificate from the purchaser should be attached.

Registration under the applicable law for establishing their legal identity

If Tenderer is an Original Equipment/Goods Manufacturer (OEM), he should have manufactured, supplied, installed and tested following quantities of computer system: i.At least 300 Desktop Computers in a single order to any government departments/institutions/organizations in the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year, 2022-2023, 2024-2025, 2025-26) and ii.At least 100 All in One computers in a single order to any government departments/institutions/organizations in the last 3 (three) completed Financial Years (i.e. Financial Year, 2022-2023, 2024-2025, 2025-26

The Tenderer should furnish details of Service Centers and information on service support facilities that would be provided after the warranty period in the prescribed format

the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format (digital sign along with ink signed) for all items specified in the schedule of requirement

Tenderer should enclose compliance chart for technical specifications (make, model, Brand with datasheet) for the items who wish to participate. (Tech Form 10 for all the item specification). Separate form should be attached for every item. Complete Technical compliance report on the Letter head of OEM should be submitted by the bidder

Registration under the Goods and Service Tax (GST) of the State, GST Clearance/ GST No Due Certificate, with 3B copies for the year 2023-24( if Business Turnover is more than 2 crore Shall Upload GSTR 9) and GST Clearance Certificate.

Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Board of Direct Taxes under the Income Tax Act, 1961

ISO Certificate

For all Computer Systems OEM should be amongst the Top 3 vendors as per the IDC report in India for the last three consecutive quarters. A copy of IDC report needs to be attached.

Tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka Self declaration must be attached on theRs200/- Stamp paper with Notary addressing the Registrar, RCU

The Proposed Hardware end of life should not be less than 5 years from the date of work awards the Certificate issued by the OEM should be submitted by this bidder

Land Border Sharing Declaration

OEM should undertake that the quoted products are with 3 Years OEM comprehensive on-site warranty including Monitor, Mouse & Keyboard as per bid requirement and not of bidder. Undertaking for providing URL for verification of the warranty in the OEM website to be provided along with the bid

Tender Should enclosed Windows 11 latest certificate from Microsoft OEM.

Tenderer must visit the site to ensure the quantum of associated electrical work and to get the clear idea of work in the site. Technical assistant will explain the required work in the office hours i.e 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM. Site Visit Certificate will be issued to the tenderer who visit the site before participating in tender

Tenderer must provide Compliance for the Computer Furniture specification. Tenderer must submit authorization letter from Furniture manufacturer

Tenderer must provide Warranty declaration of 3 years for the Computer Furniture (i.e Computer Table and Revolving Chair) on their letter head or OEM letter head

Tenderer must submit estimated requirement of electrical equipment (department wise) in their letter head

Tenderers last three financial years(2022-23,2023-24, 2024-25) IT return statement, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account

If the Tenderer is OEM of the Goods being sought to be procured as per this Tender process, then the Average Annual Turnover of the Tenderer should be more than 760 Lakhs for the last three preceding financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25) ending on the relevant financial year.OR If the Tenderer is an authorized dealer of the OEM duly authorized to participate in the Tender, then the average annual turnover of such Tenderer shall not be less than 570 lakhs for the last three preceding financial years (i.e. Financial Year 2022-2023,2023-2024 and 2024-25) ending on the relevant financial year.
