Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with Fly Ash Bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No. 03 here in before but except bricks. Note :- Servicable bricks retrieved from demolition of old brick work against Srl item No 02 here in before shall be used.

M&L for prepration of new plasterted surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base/ sub floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, kneelers,apex stone,bed plates,water troughs and like, including weathering slightly rounded champers angle forming channels & necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channel drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, even and smooth, using extra cement including forms moulds etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add/deduct to/ from item No 13 here in before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection / path etc. surface finished even & fair without using extra cement including necessary form work to edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for antifungal Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment laid jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete interlocking red/yellow) paver block of any shape and size with 6-8mm white cement layer mixed with pigment and coated with epoxy coating having high glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of Srl item No. 17 here in before but except paver block. Note :- Old paver blocks retrieved by demolition shall be reused.

M&L for Sand filling under floors as sand cushioning including levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made rubber moulded kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, joind with CM 1:3 incl making joints with or without groovesv (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), incl necessary earthwork & rammed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced as in chullah hoods ,drain cover, shelves and plate form etc reinforcement cut to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover, drain cover and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clipscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and testingcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed in cement morter 1:1 with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood,steel or RCC) any position,including taking out embedded portion and making rood disturhed grond, post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing of any size or type from post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, filling of post holes etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel angle or flat iron conforming to Fe. 290 Gde -E-165 as in support / hanging including embedded in walls after making the holes of required size and filling with CM 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mild steel work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and embeding in concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only 3.15mm dia GI wire 100x100mm mesh (chain link fencing) made up to mattresses or cages lapped wired and laid in position including closing and tied with RCC posts properly complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of wire mesh shall be ascertained by board of officers, convened by GE and the payment of item shall be made on BOO findings.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wireand taking down existing fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply of chain link fencing, FI support and MS round bars shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe. 290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end & screwed the other/ screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long dia of shank 5 to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surfaces of any description not exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n. Exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with guesset plates complete doors etc to be prepared to hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.00mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames) cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched;incl round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc.,with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up,mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching bed blocks, fillings for holdfast etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
