Cutting holes into or through brick walls built, in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required depth n.exc 30 cm and n.exc 150 sq cm in area complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore PPR tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore PPR tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long and PVC valve 20mm high pressure with polyethelyne float and fly nuts including dismantling water tanks (capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr but n. exc. 500 ltr) and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" PVC flushing cistern of 10 Ltrs capacity including PVC inlet and outlet connections, brackets, PVC flush pipe with bend 32mm dia of suitable length including making necessary connections to water supply pipe line and jointing to WC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" Vitreous china squatting pan of 'Orissa pattern' of size 580mm x 440mm, white with CI ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet and foot rests of any pattern (including fixing of flush pipe) and connecting etc. including provision of cement concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" Vitreous china wash basin, white flat back of size 550mm x 400mm including 32mm size CP waste coupling full thread and 32mm dia PVC waste pipe, brackets and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick light shade on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished rough to receive tiles including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs syphonic action kit for PVC flushing cistern 10 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LDPE waste pipe 32/40mm dia, suitable for WHB/sinks, including threaded PVC socket suitable for shank of waste coupling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP waste coupling for sink size 32/40mm (half or full threaded) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper, over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr including inlet/outlet of pipes and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc and writing, date of cleaning (CLEANED ON __ __ 2023) Complete all as specified and directed.
