M&L for cleaning of existing reinforcement with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hours and form corrosion resistant, insoluable and adherant protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating, designed for use as an imregnation for protection of steel reinforcement within unexposed concrete with in consumption of 0.5 Kg/Sqm. The product should be amino alcohol and inorganic combination based migratroy corrosion inhibitor for both cathodic and anodic protection complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc / Thermax / Sika or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for providing, mixing & applying two component of epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces as per manufacturer specification including prepartion of surface by chipping and throughly cleaning of surface complete wherever required complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc / Thermax / Sika or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for re-building the section of damaged RCC elements to its original size on an average 15 mm thickness in two layers each by providing and applying with pre- batched, polymer modified mortar of approved make having compressive strength not less than 50 N/sqmm (28 days) as per ASTM C-109 and flexural strength not less than 05 N/sqmm (7 days) as per ASTM C-293-79 standards including water fog curing to keep surface moist for seven days complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fosroc / Thermax / Sika / Dr. fixed or equivalent make as approved by GE. Note : (i) To achieve the required thickness, the above process should be repeated after 24 hours. (ii) Surface area with 15mm thick layer will be measured as one unit for payment purpose. (iii) Rate shall be including all necessary scaffolding upto height of four storey building.

(ii) Preparing plastered surfaces and provinding APP polymetric water proofing membrane, minimum 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg/sqm of make super thermolay manufactured by STP ltd or hyper plas (Polyster) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or 'Shatiplus' (Polyster) manufactued by M/S Capital Steels and chemicals Pvt Ltd as approved by GE, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt, woth a thermo fusble finish laid over compatible bitumen primer (Bitumen primer shall be TANK MASTIC of M/S STP Ltd or EMW Flate of M/S Texas India Ltd) at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a over lap of 75 mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsin bitumiouns primer all as per manufacture instrctions over and including prepartion of surface and filling lime concrete 1:5:10 type E2 with brick bats complete all as specified an as directed. Note :- (i) Polymeric membrane shall be laid in sunken floor and on sides up to finished floor level. (ii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got crried out by the manufacture or their authorised applicatiors. (iii) Above aspects are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) Slab area only will be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 as in ceiling surface and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement with and including integral water proofing compound at rate of 03% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer specification complete all as specified and directed.
