Supply and fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, all as specified in Preamble 8B. 3.1 of SSR Part -II (2010) and all as shown on drawing of SSR Part-II (2010) complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as per instruction and drawing shown for item No 8080 of SSR Part II on Sl Page No 156. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing extruded aluminium anodised 100mm long butt hinges with galvanised mild steel screws complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 150 mm long (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F aluminium anodised handles, 125 mm long, cast type, (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mmx300 mm x7mm/ 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, size of tile 600x 600x10mm thick,on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 26 above but on vertical surfaces as in skirtings etc on 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as direcetd by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of Roof / wall concrete/plastered surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sam followed by APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application manufactured by M/S STP Ltd/IWL India Ltd or its equivalent, laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding and levelling course on roof and terrace, finished even & fair laid and compacted in slope complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as on roof top surfaces, parapet, vertical surfaces of finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 20 to 22 mm thick, m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:4) with and including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture specifications, as in roof and floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.
