Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed withearth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distence n.exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L hard core of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in sub base of flooring 100mm thick

M& L PCC 1:2:4 concrete type B1 (20mm graded aggreagate) 40mm thick in floor.

M & L PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete typeType C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate).

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone1 :2:4 20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc, for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sqcm and n.exc 250 Sqcm with or without chammfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed etc. compete all as spd and directed.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 9 above but 5 to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacer etc complete.

Supply only PVC coated ( 1mm thick) chain link fencing exc 2 kg but n.exc 3.5 kg per sqm with size of mesh 50x50mm and thickness of wire n.exc 2.83mm , incl 6mm dia wire, PVC coated for support/line wire to chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing including fixing of line wires any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wires complete.(Supply of MS line wire and flat iron bolt & nuts measured and paid seperately)

Supply only mild steel bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long n.exc 10 cm long dia metre of neck exceeding 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix mild steel angles, bars, flats wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete.all as specified and directed.

S&F steel works in tubular/ posts/ trusses/ purlin including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or onduction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1797 grade St 240.

Supply and fix Mild steel Bolts Exceeding 12mm n. exceeding 20mm dia, purpose made with Hexagonal or Square head one end and screwed the other, or Screw both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with Washers and one hexagonal or Square nut, Exceeding 30 cm long all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild Steel works for wind ties for roof & supporting tie for valley gutter including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M & L for preparing steel/ Iron surfaces of any description exc 10cm Width or Girth and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of Redoxide primer complete all specifiedcand directed.

M&L for three coats twocoat of white washing including complete removal of existing treatment wall surfaces.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Dismantiling asbestos cement (corrugated,semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings.

Dismantling of post or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded postion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any size and description all as specified and directed

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description all as specified and directed

Removal excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new plastered surfaces of walls/posts/columns and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new surfaces of steel n.exc 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthatic Enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed over .
