Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/disintegrated rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in Hard rock getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed. Note:- Retrived/obtained hard rock boulders shall be property of contractor for which necessary recovery shall be made as specified in CA.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe 150 mm size as per IS 8329-2000, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches including tyton joint(Rubber gasket joint) all complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing sluice valves, Flanged type, class PN 1.0 of 80 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing sluice valves, Flanged type, class PN 1.0 of 150 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for manually drilling (bogge) under the roads/Path without disturbing the top surface for pipes upto 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying , laying , jointing, welding & testing MS Pipe, Heavy class 'C' of size 150 mm dia as per IS 1239-2004 Laid in trenches or laying on floors for connections through HDPE Pipe under road/path/hard standing, for fresh water supply pipe line to connect the incoming/outgoing water main DI pipe line including MS Flanges and flanged joints, welding works complete with jointing material all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting of DI/MS pipe in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc of 100 to 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour for cutting of RCC/brick wall in position for insertion of new pipe of size 150 mm bore including making good the existing surface leak proof and to match the original surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, MJ collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs of the size upto 150 mm confirming to IS: 1538-1993 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valves pit chamber having internal dimension 120 cm x 120cm x 120 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm Thick, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm tick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on drg No CWE (U)/D-1/86 sheet No 1/1 and including demolition/ dismantling of existing valve chamber as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-I (with 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, grouting, MS frame made out of angle iron, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on brick work/plastering/flooring complete all as specified and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing, PCC hard standing for taking out/laying of pipe including making good the existing surface to match the original surface by using -PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation in any type of soil through trenchless technology by HDD (Horizontal directional drilling method) including preparing and setting up the plant and equipment .Preparing new pipe work material including all related civil work and mechanical work like excavation, shoring/strutting etc drilling, stringing, reaming and pulling back the new pipe work on the path alignment proper disposal of drilling fluid and ground penetrating radar survey to protect any exiting utilities at the pipe installation location restoration of site agter completion all inclusive as per and STT IS No.2.3.2.2.2.2. second edition 2008 code of pactice for trenchless technology suiting Indian condition for making horizontal bore of size 350mm dia suitable for HDPE pipe insertion under road crossing /hard standing including HDPE pipe 250 mm nominal dia of 25 mm min. wall thickness of grade PE 80 for protection of MS/DI pipe to any depth by manually or any means complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) MS Pipe/DI will be measured and paid for seprately under respective items. (b) Permission required from civil authrority/department prior to executing the work is the responsibility of contractor and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.
