REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT, ROOF SHEETING, SANITARY/PLUMBING FITTINGS, TILLING AND ALLIED WORK AT OTM AND MD ACCN IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN ARJAN SINGH UNDER GE (AF) PANAGARH

M&L for complete removal of existing water proofing treatment over RCC roof, projections of any thickness, any type by stripping out old tar felt over roofs, parapets, chimney stacks etc laid horizontally or vertically including taking out layer of cement plaster and demolition of cement concrete etc and cleaning the surface with wire brush including removing debris from the site and depositing in low lying area where directed and providing following :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement mortar (1:3) on concrete roof surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing liquid water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement. (b) Apply a coat of bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384@ 0.4 ltr/Sqm on newly plastered surface after curing as per IS-456 and dried. (c) Provide 3mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric water proofing membrane ISI marked laid with overlaps, bonded with hot blown bitumen, and laid by torch application method, end overlaps shall not be less than 150mm and side lap 75mm. Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3.5 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (d) Finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.11 Kg/sqm over the APP. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii) Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. (iv) This item shall be executed only, the buildings whose guarantee period are over. A certificate shall be given alongwith building Nos by the Engineer-in-Charge at the time of payment in this aspects.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound

M&L for 50mm thick (minimum) cement concrete, type B-0, (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, kerb, benching, roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old serviceable sheet of any gauge, thicknees obtain from item No 4 above complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

S &F of steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

M & L for Hand rails, wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for ecuring wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work onforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the existing PVC tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltr but not exc 1000 Ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, dewatering, cleaning with wire/brush/jude/ cloths, removing all dirt and scale and algae formation inside the tank by using Calcium hypo chlorite granular / bleaching powder etc. with the help of cleaing mechine/ manually etc. including writing with white paint over the tank as "TANK CLEANED ON" with date, month and year with a minimum of 8 cm height in capital letters/ numbers and hoisting if required, reconnecting & refixing in position complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- Cost of labours and all material requried for cleaning the tank are inclusive in this item.)

S&F for Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tank (ISI marked multilayer) with float valve, plastic lid cover, cylindrical vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 ltrs including dismantling old unserviceable tank and making connections inlcuding suitable GI wash out, over flow, nipple and including 20mm bore ball valve (minimum weigth of valve 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, Tee, Elbow, union, Nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors after taking down GI tubing 15 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 20 mm bore galvanized iron GI tubing medium grade with all fittings such as bends, socket, Tee, Elbow, union, Nipple, short pieces and fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors after taking down GI tubing 20 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F for 20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous China water closet (squatt pan) Orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan, white, with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests with loose cast iron or vitreous china earthenware, 'P' or 'S' trap, connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes connecting only to flushing cistern, including taking down old SWR pipe as required complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for vitreous China water closet pan (squatt pan) pedestal pattern white with 'P' or 'S' trap including fixing seat and cover for pedestal pan, providing and fixing PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flusing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle, flushing piep of steel tube or polyethylene inclduing jointing to socket of flushing rim (with and including India rubber cone joint, if flushing rim connection is nozzle pattern) and connectiong pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipes connecting only to flushing cistern, including taking down old SWR pipe as required complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity white with inlet ball valve, float valve and handle including providing & fixing MS angle iron brackets, PVC flush pipe complete as in repair all as specified and as directed.

S&F for plastic water closet seat, white/coloured, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

S&F for 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated angular stop valves, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles dark shade (premium quality) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in skirting/dado, steps, pillars, window sills, cooking platform laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite slab including rounding edges of granite slab after dismantling of old unserviceable/ broken slab as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350x250x7mm thick, (premium quality) on vertical surface of wall such as dado, skirting, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (premium quality) Square/rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of PCC including WC and removal from sunken floor, cleaning top of the RCC slab and peripherial beams, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1.3) with Lilquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction (to be messured and paid separately as supply only) without using extra cement with directed slop and allowed to dry, application of two coats of polymer modified cementaticious (1/8 inches over all thickness in two layers) as directed, placing of GI spout of 25 mm dia and projected 300 mm apart from outer wall surface, flooding test for 72 hrs on dried surfacet, after passing the test by Engr-in-Charge, filling the sunken floor with lean cement concrete (1:3:6) using cinder up to required depth but sorrounding of WC pan will be filled with lime concrete and finished the surface using 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) finished the surface even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Props to be placed on the bottom of the sunken slab before starting the work)

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed in and including aluminium anodised snap grid frame work as in false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605x605 mm with aluminium main T section of size 36.5 x25 mmx 1.4 mm weighing 0.24 kg per running metre and cross T of size 23.5 x 26.4 x1.4mm weighing 0.191 kg per RM with aluminium wall angle size 40 x 25 x 2 mm including GI supporting wire of 3mm dia including dismantling of wall and ceiling (fibre, pulp, insulation board/salbs/blankets) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down PVC/CI pipe jointed in cement mortar, taking out wall and eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.
