Labour only for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition vide Serial Item No. 1 to be used

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface fair and even without extra using cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 20mm graded stone agg as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old treated surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic/aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab in any description or thickness, laid bedded jointed in any mortar.

Material and labour for Granite(of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade
