Provision of 16 Mtr. long high mast light in the campus of Godda College at Godda.

Supply of 16mtr. High mast in two section Construction S355 grade as per BS-EN 10025 Top Dia 150mm, bottom dia 360mm, plate thickness 3mm, 20side polygon, galvanisation as per BS EN ISO 1461, base plate dia 520mm, base plate thickness 25mm, Gl single spike lighting protection, maximum wind speed 47 m/s with 6 nos foundation bolts of PCD 445mm TS 600/24mm dia/850 mm long. Luminaries carriage: Material for 40 NB ERW Class B-M.S. Pipe, dia of carriage ring 450mm (ID) with 8/12 arm, welded, 2 sections having carrying capacity upto 8/12 luminaries. Trailing Cable: 5 core 2.5sq.mm. PVC flexible copper conductor Winch/Power Tool: Double drum, SWL 350 kg with 1HP 6 pole single speed integral motor Rope: Grade AISI 304, 7/19 construction, dia 5mm, BLC 1450 x 2 having 2 nos of continues rope. Aviation obstruction light: twin dome aviation obstruction lights LED type as required. (But excluding Feeder Pillar)

For 16 mtr. High mast: ITC of the high mast and light fixture with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor lugs, MCB and all labour & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/mtrs sq. for 16 M High mast.

S.I.T.C. of following rating LED Flood lighting luminarie with pressure dia cast housing and toughened glass cover (IP 66 Protection) in existing pole / pipe for supply voltage 100-270 Volts AC, 50Hz luminarie shall be confirmto IS: 10322 part - 5 /section - 5 and shall be complete with all neccssary accessories as reqd.

a) 240w LED Flood light

Outdoor stand mounted Feeder Panel with 63amp TP&N, MCB incomer, 63amp TP contactor automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control incommer outgoing terminal etc as reqd. (for high mast)

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium armoured cable working voltage upto 1100 volts as per IS: 7098 (Part I) of following sizes (Make - Havells/Polycab/ Finolex/Capital or equivalent)

a) 3.5 core 16t sq, mm. (For 3 No. Highmast light main line connection.)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sq mm direct in ground including excavation, and refilling the tranch etc as reqd. But excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

16 sq mm, aluminium lugs

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal or coke and salt) as required.

Supply and laying 8 SWG copper wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.

Labour Cess @ 1 %
