• Similar nature of Work: (i) Single order of 50 % of quoted amount. Work completion certificate by respective Organization for the above Orders should be uploaded with bid. (IV) Completion of atleast three similar kind of government project (Office Interior/ Modular furniture / work stations)
• Work Experiences : a. The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through reseller(s)} should have regularly, manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company for 3 years before the bid opening date.
b.The Experience certificate should be issued by the authority not less than the rank of EE. In case of Private firm the certificate issued by head of the institution.
• Dealing Experience:- All bidder should have an experience of equipment dealing of 5 years.
• Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The bidder shall have a minimun average annual turnover of 50% of the quoted amount during the last 3 financial year ending on 31st march of the previous financial year.

18 Bidder Turn Over Criteria: The bidder shall have a minimun average annual turnover of 50% of the quoted amount during the last 3 financial year ending on 31st march of the previous financial year. Tenderer shall submit audited financial statement (Balance sheet, Profit Loss Statement & Tax Audit including Report) duly attested / certified by CA with UDIN.

The Selected Agency shall be responsible for but not limited to-
1. Design and layout planning of office spaces as per uploaded Plan of which area as given below- Block A - 1st floor, 2nd floor & 3rd floor area 1942 Sft x 3 = 5826 Sft Block B - 1st floor, 2nd floor & 3rd floor area 1942 Sft x 3 = 5826 Sft Total Builtup area 5826 Sft + 5826 Sft = 11652 Sft
2. Supply and Installation for Modular work station/Cubicles as per approval by BPBCC (a). Providing Officers/office Chairs and Tables as per requirement. (b). Supply and installation of storage units/ furniture /compactor - CRCA sheet metal with mechanical chain drive mechanism, central locking, single bay / two way, powder coated for corrosion resistance, aisle space must be approx 760 mm and topple system etc shall be (ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015) Green Guard (Green certificate Level 1) and should be fire resistant and approved by BPBCC, Make in India. *Requirement may be modified by the BPBCC at the time of execution of work (c) Supplying and installation of Interior work shall be water proof, fire resistant, powder coated, anti-termite coating complete as per direction of E/I.
3. Civil work and Interior work- (a). Partitioning works (modular/gypsum/glass etc.) as per requirement. (b). Flooring works (Vitrified/PVC/Wooden etc as approval by BPBCC (c). Civil works wherever and directed by Engineer-in-charge required for Interior execution. (d). Site clearance and storage shall be carried out by the bidder.
4. Electrical work- All the items shall be approved by BPBCC (a). Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of complete works including fire proof cables wiring, electrical control panel with high voltage protection, points wiring, Switches, sockets and power points and Internet / Data connectivity etc complete in all respects. All wiring shall be FRLS copper conductor concealed in heavy duty PVC conduit proper circuiting - levelling and dressing shall be done, no loose / open wiring shall be permitted. (b). Lighting system (LED Fixtures). (c). Chemical earthing and lightning arrester etc as per requirement. (d). Supplying, installation and testing of Split Air conditioner (Invertor type) with stablizer of reputed / ISI mark with 5 star BEE rating including copper pipe + insulation, Drain pipe outdoor with stand, power wiring + control cable as per space requirement.
5. Furnishing work- (a). Supply and Installation of Furnishing Items (Curtains and Blinds) as per design and requirement. Eligibility criteria- 1. Documentation & Compliance- (a). Valid GST registration, PAN card and other Statutory Compliances 2. Experience- (a). Minimum five years’ experience in Interior work. (b). Completion of at least three similar kind of government projects (Office Interior/Modular Furniture/Work Stations) 3. Financial Standing- (a) Minimum annual turn over of 50% of the quoted amount during the last three financial years. 4. Technical Personnel - (a). Availability of qualified Architect/Designer
Note- The contractor shall execute all electrical, furnishing and interior works along with associated services in complete accordance with the project requirements on NIQ basis as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
