Zonal maintenance of Water Supply, Drainage, Civil repair and Sanitary Installations of BSNL buildings and Staff Quarters under jurisdiction of CSDII, Jaipur. (Yr 2026-27).

Attending all day to day maintenance complaints of plumbing & sanitary items / water supply installations etc complete excluding the cost of materials but including cost of washers, nails, clamps, screws , M-seal, taflon, drill machine, bit etc. and all lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for maintenance shall be arranged at site by the agency and will be paid separately under sub head of "supply of material " of the agreement. For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one plumber should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). Cost of all T&P, ladder etc. including 0.50 HP Electric motor for developing water pressure to clean chowakage in GI pipe line if required etc. for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Engaging helper /beldar for attending day to day maintenance jobs (On call basis) for plumbing job and for other misscellaneous works such as cleaning roof, cutting bushes, grass etc. including the total cost of ladder, tagari, phawra etc. for all jobs.

Attending day to day complaints of cholking / blocking of drainage and sewerage items such open drain, nahani trap, gully trap and manholes out / inside the quarters / buildings complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge i/c required Acid, bamboo, cleaning rod ,ladder, rope etc. (shall be provided by the agency). For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one sewerman should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints.

Engaging Mason as and when required on call basis (whole day) for day to day repair work like plaster, flooring, masonry work etc. (Trowel, chisel, tagari, ladder, road drilling machine and other tools as required etc. will be provided by the agency .)

Credit to the department for unserviceable scrapped angle iron , flates, wires, pipes etc.

Credit of Water storage PVC tank with or without covers.

Credit of P.V.C. Bib cock/ Pillar cock /stop cock/ball cock/ PVC connection/ cistern kit etc.

Credit of P.V.C. flushing Cistern up to 10.00 Litre capacity.

Credit of CP brass bibcock/brass pillar tap/ angle valve/ long body
