PROVN /REPLACEMENT OF CONCERTINA COIL AT ARMOURY AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, steel or RCC any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as spd and directed.

S&F Mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cum getting out hard/dense soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface.

M & L for cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in fnd, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concertina coil 60cm dia in spread position, reinforced punched (chrome rajor or blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire laid and tied with GI binding wire 0.9mm dia at places where ever required to barbed wire/angle iron support complete all as specified and directed. Note : (1) Cost of specialist tools and safty items if any required and binding wire etc shall be included in quoted rate. (2) Spacing between adjacent loops shall not be more than 200 mm in spread position.All as per specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Galvanized, 20 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified & direced.

S&F mild steel Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & direced.
