M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, outdoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 3 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment. Outer cubicle having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc.Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity. The cubicle should be inclusive of following :

Supply & fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts of following sizes including taking out cable cover & cable all as specified and directed :

Supply and fixing of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overlall PVC sheathed in service connection size of 6 sqmm one twin core cable flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point.

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers all as specified

M&L for bricks common burnt old size sub class `B' bricks laid dry for cable protection flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for High quality LT line phase separator as per REC specification suitable for 3 wire spacing for conductors 300 mm made out of polypropelene

M&L cable terminal box outdoor type (heat shrinkable) suitable for 1.1KV , 3.5/ 4 core XLPE LT cable size 16 sqmm with all jointing material. Make: 3M or equivalent in denson,Raychem.

M&L cable terminal box outdoor type (heat shrinkable) suitable for 1.1KV 3.5 core XLPE LT cable size 25 to 50 sqmm with all jointing material. Make: 3M or equivalent in denson,Raychem.

M&L cable terminal box outdoor type (heat shrinkable) suitable for 1.1KV 3.5 core XLPE LT cable size 70 to 150 sqmm with all jointing material. Make: 3M or equivalent in denson,Raychem.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches all as specified for 40 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations ,filling and mass concrete includings necessary form work complete all as specified & directed

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 using (20 mm gradded stone aggregate) as in coping, including form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting/ grooving on plinth/wall/verandah in any condition for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor from steel poles and removing from site complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural sections including nuts, bolts, and washer bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts of any size and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in-Charge.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor weasel/ferret or as required on site any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified.

Straining only existing loose conductors / GI wire of any size complete all as and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Distance between two poles shall be measured as a single span.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down old insulators any type complete all as spd and directed.

M & L in replacement for shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of surfaces,scraping of old paint of steel tubular pole and cross arms, applying two coat of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on LT pole including three layer of reflective tape strips on around the pole after paint & numbering with writing letters of figures (block), height n'exc 10 cm and letter of figures n'exc 10 Nos with white letter under black circle for electric pole complete all as directed including preparation of surfaces of pole/ cross arms complete all as directed.

Taking out old/bent/straight/ tilted LT any capacity any size poles after breaking the PCC for reuse or taking out to store complete all as directed.(The rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation,dismantling of conductor, cross-arms and insulators)

Fixing only Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) duly painted with aluminium paint two coat over a coat of red oxide, including necessary earth work ,PCC for foundation and PCC for coping as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Note: Straight steel pole retrieved from above sr item 26)

S&F Steel tubular swagged poles complete with GI base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws specified type 410 SP-31(9 mtrs long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial Taper plug, bolts, nuts, and screws as specified type conforming to IS 2713 complete including 2 coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on external exposed surfaces and 2 coats of black bituminous paint on portion embedded in concrete in internal surfaces of pole including taking out old pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of Tree branches upto 20 cm grith from the tree near LT overhead line to provide horizontal clearance of 30 cm vertical clearance of 60 cm all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-T & P for cutting branches an wasteage removal of branches deemed to be inlcuded in the qouted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement Thimble Aluminium crimping type for 16 to 25 sqmm size cable complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement Thimble Aluminium crimping type for 50 to 120sqmm size cable complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for outdoor type factroy made bus bar chmber of size 0.75 x 0.45 x 0.40 meter depth made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick with 4 Nos aluminium busbars of capacity 200 Amps, with colour code supported on incoming and outgoing under ground cables with LED R,Y,B, indicator lamp, panel having agnle iron frame made of 40x40x 6 mm angle iron and 50 cms long legs embeded upto 20 cms in PCC & 30 cms clear above ground complete including painting with two coat of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exterior and interior faces, errection of Bus Bar chamber duly grouted with PCC including earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting to electric control panel/LT Panel/Feeder Piller box /Bus bar panel any type and any size of E/M installations by cleaning the existing old paint with the help of mechanical tools such as wire brush, scraper and sand paper from the surface of panel and painting the prepared surface with two coat of synthatic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and specified.

S&F Garden light for model Lyse Décor Metal Decorative outdoor light with 6 watt for LED lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F FRP Moulded cable looping box of size 140 mm x140 mmx95 mm complete with electrolytic aluminum bus bar suitable size capacity for 3 phase and neutral fixed on ebonite insulator and one MCB 6 A complete all as specified and directed.
