Charges for Operation and Maintenance of PDFACS system consists of PLC, Switch gear panels, modules, breakers, transformer, Dry fly ash conveying air compressors, Instrument air compressors and Auxiliaries, PDFACS equipments in ESP area, 72 nos of mixing apparatus, distance pieces, bellows, low pressure, high pressure water pipe lines, flushing water pipe lines, and required valves, gaskets, bolts, nuts and maintaining of dry fly ash conveying pipelines from ESP to silo top including structural supports, Operation and Maintenance of silo compressors and its related equipments inclusive of loading dry fly ash vehicles, cleaning of silo and surrounding areas, cleaning of ESP and surrounding areas, cleaning trenches from ESP to ASH handling pump house including all the required spares (other than R&M mandatory spares stock available at central store / MTPS-I) and consumables for the entire system of PDFACS. Note: The bidder should supply Genuine spares, only.
