M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6), surface finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) as on ceiling, surfacefinished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of walls by electrically operated grinder including necessary scaffolding etc, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions/archers etc completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demotion of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) n. exc 15 cm thickness for landing, cooking platform and chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cover slab in cement concret (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) as in landing, cover slabs ( for manholes and drain cover etc.) chullah hoods, troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including all necessary forms moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping fo columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing tarfelt and cement plaster of any description and thickness on roof top including flashing and junction of parapet and cleaning existing roof top surface by brooming , wire brushing incl removing the debrish out complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles single layer on roofs laid dry or with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full or part) removal of debris at a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr of PVC, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cleaning, repairing etc. shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr of PVC, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cleaning, repairing, etc. shall be measured and paidd separately under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on concrete surface on roof in cement plaster (1:4), surface finished even and fair without using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid Water proofing Compound shall be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP based modified pre -fabricated five layer 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric mat with 160 gm/Sqm black finished with compatible primer conforming to IS 3488 @ 0.30 Lit/ Sqm and bonding material 85/25 bitumen 1.2 Kg/Sqm before and after laying membrane laid by torch application side overlap of 75 mm and over lap of 100 mm longtitudinally, at the junction of roof and parapet wall a grove of (20 x 20)mm shall be made at the height of 100mm and membrane shall be inserted and sealed with bituminious mastic joints/overlap shall be saled with hot bitumen 85/25. Two coats of water proofing aluminium paint on top of APP membrane shall be applied complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping to parapet wall/kerbs in roof with projection including necessary use and waste of form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down 15 mm bore mild steel tubing of medium grade and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 40.00 above but for 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15 mm bore mild steel water tubing medium grade galvanized with all fittings and fixture fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 42 above but for 20 mm bore complete all as specifiedd and as directed.

Dismantling AC/CGI corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel GI based corrugated sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with around earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) tyype C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular/square/rectangular hollow section/angle iron, tee etc. for trusses/ purlins & rafter including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes using Fe as per IS 4923, Grade YST 310 including necessary machinery for upto 10m height structure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer on new steel surface of any description over 10cm width and girth including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
